The approx. 65 m² large 3-room rustico is located in a preferred half-height location about 2.5 km above the enchanting town of Cannero Riviera. Here you can get away from everyday life in a quiet and sunny location surrounded by nature and simply relax on the terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. On the back of the Rustico is another covered terrace with stone table and benches, which you can retreat after a refreshing shower in the garden on warm days. Directly from the house you can explore the impressive surroundings on numerous walking and hiking trails. The many viewpoints are always surprising with changing views on the exceptionally beautiful landscape and the lake. If you do not want to leave the contact with the rest of the world on vacation, there is a free WLAN Internet access available. Smoking is not allowed in the house. In front of the house you have two parking spaces on the enclosed property. Note: The driveway is not recommended for lowered vehicles.
