It is a sunny, central and quiet location close to the Giona park. Shops for daily needs as well as restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. are within walking distance. On the beautiful lakeside promenade you can walk to Luino on foot. There are also good rail, bus and ship connections from Maccagno. In about 500 m you arrive at the mooring for ships, which regularly run on the lake and transport you almost everywhere.
