Hi Bernie, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Cedars 1413. While we are glad to hear that you found the bed comfortable and the bathroom adequate, we are truly sorry for the issues you experienced during your time with us. We certainly apologize that the kitchen supplies were not sufficient and that there was a broken glass in the cabinet upon your arrival. We have notified our teams that the kitchen inventory is lacking so they can replace the necessary items and removed the glass. We have also let our cleaning team know that the light fixture was left dirty so this is not missed again in the future as well as notified our maintenance team of the issue you reported with the cabinet doors. We regret that our maintenance team was unable to fix the heat during your stay and hope that the compensation provided reflects this. An electrician has since repaired the thermostat and we do not anticipate any further issues with the system. Additionally, the shade has also been fixed.
