- [] As already clearly sounded, this finca scores among other things by its location near the beach. The fine sandy bathing bay "Sa Font de sa Cala" is about 1 km away. It forms a small tourist center with a good dozen bars and restaurants located around the beach. There are also two smaller supermarkets with everything that is important for everyday needs. If you should need more infrastructure, just drive to neighboring Cala Ratjada with its lively beach and harbor promenade. There are also several golf courses nearby, especially the "Capdepera Golf".

The finca "Casa del luchador" is absolutely close to the beach and therefore has one of the best property locations in our program. Beaches are in the immediate vicinity, especially the dream bay "Sa Font de sa Cala". You can also go shopping there and there is a good selection of bars and restaurants.
