This haven of peace and tranquility is located at the end of a charming little hamlet with renovated houses of Breton stones.

This quiet rental from traffic, is located at the end of the tarmac road, on a natural site with an unobstructed view of nature and the Iroise Sea.

Pretty little renovated house in a farmhouse of character 400m from the sea. Located between the Fort de Bertheaume and the Pointe Saint-Mathieu.
Direct access, by a small path, to the GR34 (long-distance hiking trail) breathtaking view of the sea and the cliffs.

In front of the property, passes a marked route for bicycles and hikers, cycle path 200m to arrive in a few minutes in Plougonvelin. Close to shops and all amenities (5 minutes), fine sandy beaches...

A 10-minute walk away, superb Vaëré botanical garden, with its miniature Breton constructions (unique in its kind). Picnic area. A real haven of peace. The visit is free, but the visitor can leave a small donation to help with the maintenance of this very original space made and maintained voluntarily by our elders.

A little further on, visit a 39/45 blockhouse museum on 5 floors. All our travelers were surprised by its originality and dazzled by the panoramic view of the islands.

As you continue the walk, you arrive at the Pointe St Mathieu. Visit the lighthouse, museum, chapel, abbey, semaphore. To sit down: bar (facing the sea), 2 restaurants, creperie...

By following the path for a few meters, on the edge of the cliff, a "path of memory" that connects the world of the living to past generations.
Visit the memorial to the sailors who died for France. In a Vauban construction (free admission), the cenotaph will not leave you indifferent.

Nearest beaches, Bertheaume and Le Trez-Hir, 5 minutes by car. Possibility => rowing, dinghy, board, kayak, paddle, diving, sea scooter, towed skiing and buoy, longe côte, swimming pool, tennis... Fort de Bertheaume, offers a spectacular view of the bay of Trez-Hir and the entrance to the bay of Brest. Guided tour of the underground passages at a depth of 13m and climbing course, zip line over the sea... concerts, night illuminations.

10 minutes by car: the tourist route with its beautiful beaches, cliffs, GR34 and breathtaking view of the sea (don't miss the sunsets while picnicking at the top of the cliff or on the beach). This road leads you to Le Conquet.A town of character with its narrow streets, Breton and fishermen's houses, a fishing port, fish sales on the quayside, a marina and a pier for the islands of Ouessant, Molène, Sein...

FLOOR:
1 large bright bedroom (sea view). Roller shutter. Multiple storage spaces.
Double bed made before your arrival. 2 bedside tables. 1 desk + chair. 1 large free-standing mirror.

We ask you to return the accommodation in the same state of cleanliness as when you entered the premises.
If you lack time for a thorough cleaning, you can take the cleaning package of 80€ on arrival.

To receive you, the house will be clean and welcoming. You have the choice =>
CLEANING FOR YOUR OUTING or TAKING THE CLEANING PACKAGE of 80€.
Vacuum cleaner and mop throughout the accommodation without forgetting the staircase and under the bed.
Dust the furniture and shelves.
Clean fingerprints on cupboards.
Clean the shower walls and pull the hair out of the shower drain.
Clean the mirrors.
Disinfect the toilets, shower, sink, sink...
(We take care of washing the linen)

Here are the directions to find our accommodation:
When you are in Plougonvelin
=> take the road to Pointe St Mathieu
=> after the hotel restaurant "l'Archipel" which is located If you are on your left and the sports complex on your right, count 3 small roads on the left
=> turn to the 3rd (there is a wooden bus shelter, a green sign "les gîtes de la mer d'Iroise", on the other side of the road: stone house with blue shutters, a Breton flag flutters in the wind
=> enter the hamlet (S-shaped road) continue
=> at the end of the tarmac road (facing a path and a field), turn right (green hiking and cycling sign) and immediately right to enter the courtyard.
Park in front of the studio, in front of a wooden fence.
