Super Comfortable Living Room Furniture: We’ve updated the living room with new, ultra-comfortable seating—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Locally Managed: Our condo is personally maintained and managed by us, the owners—no middleman, just direct care and attention.

This is a second-floor unit, and there is an elevator for your convenience.

We do not provide baby furniture.

No campers, trailers, boats, or motorcycles are allowed on the property. This policy is strictly enforced.
