No carpet, only high-end area rugs which we replace frequently.

New 75-inch TV: We’re upgrading our living room media console with a brand-new 75-inch TV, perfect for cozy movie nights.

Brand-New Kitchen: Not just a refresh, but a full kitchen overhaul, designed for comfort and convenience.

Contactless Check-In/Out: We’ve made it easier than ever to come and go with a smooth, contactless check-in and check-out process.

Super Comfortable Living Room Furniture: We’ve updated the living room with new, ultra-comfortable seating—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

We provide nice beach chairs.

Locally Managed: Our condo is personally maintained and managed by us, the owners—no middleman, just direct care and attention.

New Trane AC System: Installed in late 2023, this high-efficiency AC heat pump will keep you cool and comfortable even on the hottest summer days.

Complimentary Toiletries: We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms for your convenience.

Custom Patio Furniture: Enjoy the outdoor space with super comfortable, custom patio furniture—ideal for those beautiful Cocoa Beach sunsets.

This is a second-floor unit, and there is an elevator for your convenience.

We do not provide baby furniture.

No campers, trailers, boats, or motorcycles are allowed on the property. This policy is strictly enforced.
