The property consists of 2 separate villas located side-by-side one another in an amazing location that’s just minutes from the beach. By booking this listing you will be reserving both villas. Each villa is a beautifully updated 3 bedrooms, 2 bath home with its own saltwater pool. The floor plan of each villa is a mirror image of the other with similar coastal décor and furnishings throughout. On the inside, each villa is completely private from the other with no interior guest access between them. On the outside, the pool patios are separated by a 6’ white fence with a gate that is normally locked. During your stay this gate will be opened to allow guests access to both sides of the huge paver patios/pool decks. Each Villa is normally rented out independently of one another and are commonly known as Coconut Sunset and Coconut Dreams

The Neighborhood:

The villas are located in a quiet but fun neighborhood nestled in among large Coconut and Royal palm trees. Somewhat removed yet very handy and very accessible to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Some of Florida's best restaurants are very close by.



Getting Around:

We are block off a main thoroughfare (Cortez Rd). There are transit buses in the area and the Bradenton/Sarasota airport (SRQ) is about 15 - 20 minutes away. Tampa airport approximately 50 minutes away.
