Welcome to our apartment and in the beautiful Zingst on the wonderful Darß.
In 2017 we completely modernized and lovingly refurbished our modern apartment over two floors.
It is suitable for up to 5 people (max. 4 adults and 1 baby / toddler).
The apartment is about 56 square meters, bright, sunny, in a quiet location, but very central and only a few minutes' walk from the harbor or the kilometer-long sandy beach. Shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars and the harbor are in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is located in a holiday home with 5 units and is particularly suitable for families with children, as it is equipped with a stair gate in addition to a high chair, cot and baby monitor.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and divided as follows:
> Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (including e.g. Microwave, coffee machine, Tassimo), dining area, living area (with TV and radio with CD, DAB, FM, Bluetooth and USB), hall and toilet,
> Basement: two bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with two single beds and a CD radio) and shower room (of course there is a hair dryer).
Both bathrooms are daylight bathrooms.

The entire basement has underfloor heating.

Our apartment has a south-facing balcony with patio furniture, where you can make yourself comfortable. All windows are provided with insect protection and equipped with external shutters.

You are welcome to park your bicycles, which you can bring or rent in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, in the bicycle shed behind the house.

A car parking space is available directly at the house and reserved exclusively for you.

It is only about 800m to the kilometer-long sandy beach.
The Zingster Boddenhafen is about 300m away.
Since the apartment is in the center, there are restaurants (approx. 100m), bakeries (approx. 100m), pharmacy, supermarkets, butchers, boutiques, banks, bike rental, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

The Hanseatic cities of Rostock (with its ZOO) and Stralsund (with the Ozeaneum and the Oceanography Museum) as the gateway to the island of Rügen, the Vogelpark Marlow, Warnemünde and the Erdbeerhof in Rövershagen are just a few of the destinations in the area. You can also take boat trips to the island of Hiddensee, Bodden tours, e.g. B. with the paddle steamer, or even horse-drawn carriage rides.

The rental price includes WiFi, electricity, water and heating. In the apartment there is also a vacuum cleaner and a Leifheit stand dryer.

Bed linen and towels are not included. You are welcome to book a towel / bed linen package for a small fee (currently € 18). If you are interested, please contact us.

The final cleaning costs 70 EUR.

The handing over and acceptance of the apartment takes place personally and directly on site. This means no additional effort for you.

Pets are not allowed in our non-smoking apartment.

Just one... Unfortunately, it doesn't work without a tourist tax - since Zingst is a Baltic Sea spa, it is one of the state-recognized health resorts in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in which a tourist tax has to be paid.
High season (May 1st - September 30th): Adults EUR 2.80, 16 - 17 year olds EUR 1.40
Low season (October 1st - April 30th): Adults 1.20 EUR, 16 - 17 year olds 0.60 EUR

The spa tax is only payable on arrival. You pay this in cash and in the course of handing over the keys.
