fully equipped kitchen and multiple dining areas make it easy to gather for meals and entertainment. For movie nights and game days, the family room features a 100” TV, along with new TVs throughout the home. Air conditioning ensures comfort year-round.
Guests have access to Lakeland Village Resort amenities, including a heated outdoor pool,sauna, fitness center, basketball court, swim-out buoys, and more than 1,000 feet of private
sandy lakefront. Ski Run Marina, dining, shopping, and water sports are just a short walk along the beach.
Located in South Lake Tahoe, this home offers easy access to year-round recreation including boating, paddleboarding, hiking, biking, skiing, snowboarding, golf, and nearby casinos and

City ordinances are strictly enforced, including quiet hours from 10 PM to 9AM. No smoking, open flames, or pets are allowed. Parking is available for two vehicles.
Four-wheel drive or traction devices may be required in winter. This home uses an electronic lock with a unique code for each stay. Common-area security cameras are present throughout
the resort, with none inside the home.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There are no surveillance cameras inside the home.
Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no fishing, no diving or jumping off the dock.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
