The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, an air-conditioned living kitchen with satellite TV, a dining table for 4 people and a sofa bed for 2 people, as well as a furnished east-facing balcony (5 m²) with sea view – ideal for breakfast or relaxed evenings outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator, freezer, 4-plate stove (gas/electric), oven, double sink, filter coffee maker, pots, dishes and cutlery.



The house includes a large fruit and vegetable garden, an outdoor grill with seating areas and a private parking space for 6 vehicles. The centre with restaurants, cafés, supermarket, doctor and pharmacy is only 200 m away. You can swim directly in front of the house; the sandy sea floor is particularly suitable for children.
