The holiday apartment is located in a modern apartment building in Vodice on the Sibenik Riviera. The house comprises 11 rental units for 2-6 people across four floors and is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the town, 15-20 minutes from the town centre.



The apartment is designed for up to 4 persons and has two bedrooms with double beds (one with an additional auxiliary bed), an open living and cooking area, and a separate living area with satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, cookware and dishes. Air conditioning, internet access and heating are available. A sofa bed in the living area optionally provides space for an additional person.



The 18 m² terrace with a south-facing orientation is partially covered, offers a sea view and is equipped with a table, chairs, sun lounger and clothes horse.



The apartment building offers a pool, a garden with a sunbathing lawn, shade, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area. A private parking space per apartment is available, pets are not permitted. A communal washing machine can be used for a fee.



Beach and sea are approximately 450 metres away, shopping facilities are 50 metres away, and the centre of Vodice is around 1.4 km. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities: water sports, diving, cycling, excursions to nature and national parks, as well as cultural attractions.
