According to a 2017 environmental study, Netpherland has the cleanest air in all of North Rhine-Westphalia. The Siegerland is one of the most forested areas in Germany and Siegen itself is the greenest city in Germany.
Our guest house is located in the heart of nature and offers space for 15 people.
There are eight rooms (seven double / twin rooms, one single room) on a living space of over 300 square meters. The rooms are cozy and bright and have a TV.
The spacious attic is fully developed and is often used as a "play / reading room". There is a large selection of board games / books available.
A separate study is equipped with an Internet PC. This makes it easy to plan tours and excursions.
The bathrooms on the upper floor have a modern design and are equipped with double sinks and heated towels / underfloor heating. There are sufficient sockets and storage options. Each bathroom has a spacious, illuminated mirror and a make-up mirror.
In the spacious living room, you can spend the evenings with "chatting" or watching TV (flat screen). A DVD player is also available.
The large, modern, comfortable kitchen invites you to cook and leaves practically nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, large stove, large oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, mixer, food processor, electr. Knives, kitchen scales, and large pots, sieves, bowls .....
Adjacent is the bright dining room with a large table that seats 15 people. From here you have a nice view of the garden.
On the middle floor there is a third bathroom with shower and toilet.
There is another lounge on this floor, which is equipped with a small seating area with a table and a hi-fi system. It offers very good z. B. as a retreat; "Bookworms" particularly like this room ...
Our housekeeping and drying rooms are located on the lower floor. This floor offers enough space for storing clothing and equipment. Adjacent is the drying room for wet shoes, clothing, jackets, backpacks etc.
For a fee, the guest can use the washing machine or dryer.
Our spacious "park-like" outdoor area (3500sqm) has several different terraces. The "house terrace" has two large tables and invites you to eat together. An awning is used for sun protection.
On our "evening sun terrace" you can end the day in the evening sun on comfortable real wood furniture. In the vicinity of the fire bowl you can warm up and linger after sunset.
The "grill terrace" has a large swivel grill, a real wood seating group, is in the afternoon sun, has enough space and offers a great ambience for extended barbecues.
Our garden is crossed by a natural stream, over which two wooden bridges lead.
Our house is designed for the needs of cyclists and mountain bikers. The well-lit bicycle workshop, equipped with tools and spare parts, has an adjacent washing area for bicycles. Cyclists can use this space to store their bicycles free of charge.
There is a small bistro corner near the house entrance, which appeals to linger.
The guest parking spaces are located directly at the house.
Our house is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, you can book a "feel-good package" for a one-time fee of EUR 12.50 per person. This includes in the room: bed linen, bed rugs.
In the bathroom: towels, bath mats, hair dryer, bath robe, slippers, shower gel, soap, shampoo, hygiene cleaner, facial tissue, garbage bags.
In the kitchen: dishwasher, washing tablets, detergent, dishcloth, oven paper, foil, trash bags, vinegar, oil, spices, salt, pepper.
Your dog is welcome with us. We charge an additional cleaning fee. If you would like to bring your four-legged friend with you, please contact us beforehand.
