Malinska, district Milčetići. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, can be heated, 3.5 m x 6.9 m, 1.5 m deep). Pool has 24 sqm.

Cooking nook with gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed.
