The 40 m² apartment on the 1st Floor is invitingly furnished and completely renovated in 2013. The fine sandy California beach is 200 meters away.
You can both sit comfortably and sleep well on the spacious sofa bed (the sofa can easily be converted into 2 comfortable beds). In addition, a modern armchair bed stands for a 5. Person available.
There are two single beds in the separate bedroom. The separate kitchen is fully furnished. The dining area offers space for a cozy feast. The glazed balcony invites you to enjoy the morning sun.
