The welcoming open-concept living area features plush seating for the group and a 60 smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The pristine kitchen is appointed with a full suite of appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cookware.

When its time to dine, gather at the four-person table.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms.

Two tranquil bedrooms are both furnished with a comfy queen-size bed. The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Sip morning coffee on the screened patio, which offers ample cushioned seating and forest views. An expansive yard features plenty of space to relax or play lawn games.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Parking is available for four cars in the driveway.

This single-story home is accessed via five steps at the entryway.

THE LOCATION

Travel approximately 10 minutes to dining and shopping in downtown Hendersonville. To discover the beauty of the region, enjoy hiking or biking at Pisgah National Forest Preserve or DuPont State Park.

Additional entertainment can be found at Flat Rock Playhouse, Sky Top Orchard, or Lake Summit.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Cozy Pines was amazing!

Nice updated furnishings and clean accommodations. Beautiful grounds with a wonderful screened in porch overlooking a pond with wildlife. And just a perfect location to access all of the local sites - DuPont Forest, Asheville, Hendersonville, Flat Rock, etc. We will definitely be booking this location again!

Beautiful Cottage in Flat Rock

This is the second time we have stayed at this sweet cottage in Flat Rock. It has been renovated to the highest standard and is spotless and comfortable. We have never stayed anywhere that is better equipped than Cozy Pines and look forward to our next stay.

The cottage was beautifully decorated and extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect serene setting. Literally appeared so clean and well maintained you could eat off of the manicured lawn. The beautiful pond view from the screened in porch was a bonus. Highly recommend this property. Thank you!!

The reason I did not leave a 5 star review is because of several attempts to fix the TV and no one at VRBO took it seriously... until I texted the owners (whom I know) and they contacted VRBO. NONE of my messages that had very clear instructions on what was required were passes along to the local VRBO staff. When the tech arrived, he had no idea what was wrong or what I had informed VRBO over the prior 3 days.

The sweetest cottage in a lovely location! Beautiful kitchen with open plan and 2 comfy bedrooms with really nice bed linens and a new ā€œspa likeā€ bathroom with large shower. The screened porch was so specialā€¦ morning coffee, relaxing in the afternoon and evening cocktails. Everything was better than we expected. Would definitely stay again and stay longer. We loved it!

Great location in Flat Rock, close to restaurants and great location to explore Hendersonville, and Asheville area. House was unbelievably renovated with all the modern updates while keeping with its original cottage look. Has a well furnished front screened porch that overlooks the pond in the front yard. Would recommend with no hesitation.

Flat Rock Getaway

The property is perfectly located right off Greenville Highway and just a short ride to town. The surrounding neighborhoods are new and provide a great outlet to walk around and explore. The property is brand new and was spotless. Both bedrooms are very comfy as well! The owners, who live on property next door were extremely friendly and we only saw once during our stay. The house was taken down to the studs recently and really was even better than the pictures listed. We loved sitting on the screened porch and looking at the pond. Thanks for having us!

Nice and Comfortable

A very clean, well appointed house with a wonderful porch over looking a nice calming pond. A couple of issues; wrong door code and erronous wi-fi password were resolved with calls to management. Also, driving directions had the property adjacent to the wrong gate neighborhood...it's Berwick, not Kemore!

This is at least the fifth time Iā€™ve posted a review and/or communicated about the fact that these dates encompasses Hurricane Heleneā€™s deadly path into the exact area of our VRBO. To think that no refund is even a consideration, even a partial one, still astounds me. We did not travel due to the storm and never set foot in the rental.

Tranquil getaway

We love many things about this house and its location. About the houseā€”-we love how each bedroom has a bedside table with perfect little lamp on table, a working clock with a charging port. Plenty of bedding extras for chilly nights and great chest of drawers in each room. Little things like a jewelry tray on chest are great! The bathroom is spacious with great shower and good hot water. The linens and towels are nice. The kitchen is nicely appointed, new and in good working order. The front porch is ideal for sitting (and rocking). Now for the location comments ā€”first let me say the location on a clearly lovingly tended green space with grass and ancient oaks and a lovely pond -all viewed from the porch. The second aspect of location is it is just down thd street from the Flat Rock Bskery, Flag Tock Playhouse, Carl Sandburg national historic site and minutes from Hendersonville downtown. Location, location, location Canā€™t recommend enough

Great Cottage

This is a great cottage in a really nice setting. The recent renovation was well done with a beautiful new kitchen and bath. The kitchen was well stocked except for dish washer soap. The dining chairs and stools were hard and uncomfortable for me but otherwise I loved it and would stay here again. I did have an issue with communication they VRBO to the property manager Vacasa. After hearing no reply to my questions I called Vacasa directly. They had not been given my inquiry. They were very helpful and responded quickly to my questions with the same person calling me back. Next time I will skip VRBO and go directly through Vacasa.

Best little cottage in Flat Rock!

This is my favorite place to stay in Hendersonville. I am from the area but live in California and go back often. The house and surrounding acreage is beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend it.
