LIVING AREA

Beautifully appointed with all-new furniture and a serene beach aesthetic, the light and bright living room features a sleeper sofa, armchair, and a 43ā€ TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Sleek stone counters and a sea glass backsplash sparkle in the well-equipped kitchen. The cooking space is outfitted with a full suite of appliances and a two-seat breakfast bar.

An adjacent dining table offers seating for two.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps up to four guests between the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The coastal-chic bedroom features a comfy queen bed and an en-suite half bathroom.

THE LOCATION

The oceanfront Constellation House is situated in the highly desirable Midtown Ocean City neighborhood on an uncrowded stretch of sand.

Enjoy a prime location within easy walking distance of an array of restaurants including Seacrets (3 blocks) featuring a waterfront setting, tropical cocktails, and Caribbean bites.

Popular area attractions include the Ocean City Boardwalk (3 miles) and the Jolly Roger Amusement Park (2 miles).

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). We highly recommend this place. The condo was clean and quiet with a spectacular ocean view! Just what we wanted! Walking distance to restaurants and stores which we appreciate. We love Ocean City!

Perfect spot for a weekend as a couple. House is clean and cozy and canā€™t beat beach front location. Bed was comfortable. Great location for many shops and restaurants. Being there in September we were able to sleep with patio door and bedroom door open and get a nice breeze and sound of the ocean. We will definitely book again.

Location was great and the view of the beach. It is just big enough for 2 people. The outside hoses did not work to wash the sand off before going inside. The exterior carpet on the balcony needs to be replaced as it is literally shredding apart. Generally clean, but there were some places that could have used a deeper cleaning. The extra touches were missed since the unit is rented through a rental company rather than an individual who owns the property. Overall it was a good place to stay and enjoy the beach.

Comfortable stay. Perhaps on smaller side for 3 young men and a mom. I am sure perfect for a young family. Tidy and nice. Just enough supplies to cook meals. Awesome balcony with direct view of beach. Would rent again.

Great place!

Had an amazing 4 nights in this condo over 4th of July weekend. The view of the beach and ocean is second to none. Having a bath and a half is awesome. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony and the sunset over the bay from the front. The updated kitchen, baths, floors, and furniture were great. The wall AC units worked well. Having a washer and a dryer was beneficial. Didn't even need sandals as we could walk barefoot from the condo to the beach without even having to step foot in the parking lot. Would definitely recommend this place.

Gorgeous View! TV a little complicated as you must use your own accounts. Like other review there is a slight smoke odor especially in laundry closet which probably connects to smoking neighbor! View makes up for any slight issues! Can't beat it!

Anniversary Getaway

This rental had everything we needed. A balcony overlooking the ocean was perfect for enjoying the ocean experience at all times even on rainy days. The was no mention of the door key lock it code in the check-in information. We had to contact the company and wait for the code. Other than that, we loved it and would definitely return.

Constellation House

My spouse and I came from Missouri to attend my nieceā€™s wedding. The condo was the perfect space for both of us. Loved that there were two bathrooms so we werenā€™t cramped for space when getting ready to go out. The view was spectacular, and it was just the relaxing space we needed to get away. My husband and myself are both nurses, and it was nice to forget about our stressful lives for a few days. My only negative, was that we were left with only a few sheets of toilet paper when the description of the condo included paper products. It is of course a small thing to pick up toilet paper when out and about, but some guests may not have transportation to pick up some. Other than that, everything was perfect.

This unit is "so-so"

Our full review is provided on the Vacasa site, and there isn't enough room here for it. So please see this unit on the Vacasa site. To VRBO users and to VRBO: You will not get the same standards with Vacasa that you get with VRBO. VRBO, not sure if you knew that... For the cost, this place is definitely not worth it. I had to clean the unit when I got there. I never need to do that with VRBOs that I have stayed at. The air conditioning wasn't working, and the unit was older and dirtier.

The condo was nice sized and the space was utilized nicely. It was clean upon our arrival and was furnished well enough for the three of us. Location was amazing, we had wonderful views of the beach and ocean from the balcony and the walk to the beach was short. The beach area behind the condo was less congested than other areas of the beach. The downsides were the A/C units are noisy and when we arrived we smelled cigarette smoke coming from the neighbor unit and that continued throughout the trip. Also, there were frequent smells of marijuana too. This may not bother some but both were not great for a two year old. As nice as the unit and location are, the smoke will probably deter us from staying again. We did reach out to the property manager who informed us that there was nothing that they could do because they do not own the adjacent units.

AMAZING!!!

We had a great time in Ocean City and this property was a big reason why. You cannot beat this location!! The view was amazing and the sounds of the ocean were so relaxing. The decor was inviting and the bed was comfortable. The condo was clean and had a great beachy vibe. We will definitely be back again:)

Nice for family getaway

We had a lovely experience on our visit and would recommend. Loved the location, ease of access to the beach and super easy check in. Our only issue was connecting to WiFi as the directions provided did not work. A quick call to customer service got us setup with the backup WiFi. We had starter products for needed items except not a lick of laundry detergent was found. Luckily we brought our own so it wasnā€™t an issue. Overall it was a nice location for our small family. Our 2.5 yo loved the beach and the water.
