Brand new building in a great location within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The balcony was very nice to sit on and enjoy. The bed was comfortable and had enough pillows and bedding to stay comfortable. It was nice to have a TV in the bedroom. The parking space was nice and needed, especially on the weekends. The washer and dryer came in handy when needing to freshen up clothes and wash towels. I had a conference at the Omni and could have stayed there, but chose to stay here to be able to enjoy downtown without having to drive. Iā€™m happy with my choice.

The location was across the street from the Harrah Cherokee Center which was very convenient. The condo came with a parking space which we loved! We walked to restaurants, shopping, and events and felt safe. There was a Keurig coffee maker and wish pods had been supplied or mentioned in kitchen details. The king bed was comfortable. would have given four and 1/2 stars if possible. yes we reccommend

Perfect spot

Stayed here for 5 nights as a home base for a leaf watching trip. Property is clean and had every thing we needed for our stay. Itā€™s really central to all of the fun in downtown Asheville. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient

We've been renting stay-places and staying at hotels in Asheville and the surrounding area for over 10 years. This was -- for us -- the best stay yet. The price was far more reasonable than other options with similar amenities. Parking was PERFECT and a BONUS! The place was spotless, comfortable (cotton sheets --not microfiber; bed firm and not over-used; towels were very nice; furniture comfortable and decor easy-on-the-eyes), and convenient: walking downtown to eateries/bars was simple and safe and driving to event in Weaverville took 12 minutes. We will be returning to this Hiawassee stay!

Exactly what we needed

The place is small, but perfect for a couple getaway. Close to restaurants in downtown (certainly walkable) and easy highway access for visits to Biltmore and the mountains.

Perfect location, very clean and we enjoyed everything! Would stay here again. Only complaints are itā€™d be nice to have a bathroom door that locks and a fan, and more toilet paper available. Otherwise, excellent!

Awesome for concert stay

From concert to bed about 7 minutes. Perfect for 2 people. Great parking which seems to be a big issue in town. Walk to everything downtown. For our needs it was great.

Excellent Location & Wonderful Condo

We really liked this unit. Decorated very nicely and so clean. Easy access with door codes and we had an assigned parking spot. Nice location in that we could walk downtown. We loved the apartment feel of this rental - more than a hotel. Excellent.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The apartment was clean and well situated. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to. Our only complaint was the sparsity of toilet paper and soap. There were leftover rolls of toilet paper in the pantry.

Very nicely appointed rooms, great location, but total screw up with combination lock. Probably Vacasa' s fault, not vrbo. We arrived late, and texted back & forth with Vacasa agent. Finally got in at 12:30AM after 1.5 hrs.

WiFi, really?

Overall, our stay was good. One significant issue, though, is lack of serviceable WiFi in the unit. Despite the presence of a router that appears to be working, there is literally no WiFi reception. We were also unable to add channels to the Roku unit (needed an unavailable pin) which severely limited TV options.

Our first impression was the dank, musty smell of the hallway. It was obvious that the property manager was trying to disguise an order in the unit with heavy smelling room fresheners. There was no cable tv, and when we called the number provided, they were very rude. The sheets were thin, and the towels were thin and like polyester. Weā€™ve stayed at many Vrbo properties and always been pleased. The only reason to rent this below par unit is the proximity to downtown.

4+ Weeks in Asheville

The property is accurately reflected in the photos. It is well located for the town itself, being within walking distance of the main streets.The location is 5 minutes from supermarkets and most restaurants in town. We requested once a week cleaning service and everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. My one reservation is that there are no views of the beautiful mountains that surround the city and no place to sit outside the apartment. However, almost every property has itā€™s pros and cons. I liked the fact that there was a small washer/dryer in the apartment. The kitchen had all the items you would need for a working kitchen. The King size bed was comfortable and there was enough storage space for clothing. I felt we had a reasonably good deal. There was also on-site assigned parking spaces.

Shame on Vacasa

I hesitated to book this property due to Vacasa's poor customer service reputation, but I gave them a chance. Unfortunately, I regret that decision. Vacasa sent a marketing email 10 days before check-in, mentioning that detailed instructions would be texted on the day of arrival. I received a text with codes for the gate, door, and unit, along with Wi-Fi details, but nothing about parking. We parked in a spot without any "Owner Parking" signage, yet our car was towed the next day, causing us to miss planned events. When I contacted Vacasa, they informed me that parking information was buried in the "Driving Directions" section of an earlier email. Since I knew the area, I hadnā€™t reviewed those directions, and the text on the day of arrival didnā€™t mention the parking spot. Despite this oversight, Vacasa refused to reimburse the $225 tow fee. I'm disappointed that a company would choose not to rectify their mistake, prioritizing a small fee over customer satisfaction. This experience has only confirmed Vacasaā€™s poor reputation. Their customer service and priorities need serious improvement.
