The majestic Blue Ridge Parkway is an 11-minute drive from your door. With the Thomas Wolf Auditorium and the Harrah's Cherokee Center around the corner from your condo, you'll find major concerts, live comedy, and festivals close at hand. Discover a plethora of all-season outdoor adventures in the greater Asheville area. Cataloochee and Wolf Ridge ski resorts are within 50 minutes or less, and rafting, fishing, and zip-lining opportunities abound.

Back inside, this posh condo has an open-concept living space with plush furniture and tasteful wall paneling. A queen-size sleeper sofa and two comfy armchairs offer seating for five, and a 43 Roku TV comes with Netflix and Hulu. Settle in for a movie screening after a fun day exploring the city.

Granite countertops line the updated kitchen. This chef-friendly space is fully equipped with everything you need to fix your favorite recipes.

Sleep soundly on a king-size bed in the tranquil bedroom. A walk-in closet offers plenty of storage. The bathroom has a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and fine tile work. Additional perks include reserved outdoor parking for one car, an in-unit washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Brand new building in a great location within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The balcony was very nice to sit on and enjoy. The bed was comfortable and had enough pillows and bedding to stay comfortable. It was nice to have a TV in the bedroom. The parking space was nice and needed, especially on the weekends. The washer and dryer came in handy when needing to freshen up clothes and wash towels. I had a conference at the Omni and could have stayed there, but chose to stay here to be able to enjoy downtown without having to drive. I’m happy with my choice.

The location was across the street from the Harrah Cherokee Center which was very convenient. The condo came with a parking space which we loved! We walked to restaurants, shopping, and events and felt safe. There was a Keurig coffee maker and wish pods had been supplied or mentioned in kitchen details. The king bed was comfortable. would have given four and 1/2 stars if possible. yes we reccommend

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient

We've been renting stay-places and staying at hotels in Asheville and the surrounding area for over 10 years. This was -- for us -- the best stay yet. The price was far more reasonable than other options with similar amenities. Parking was PERFECT and a BONUS! The place was spotless, comfortable (cotton sheets --not microfiber; bed firm and not over-used; towels were very nice; furniture comfortable and decor easy-on-the-eyes), and convenient: walking downtown to eateries/bars was simple and safe and driving to event in Weaverville took 12 minutes. We will be returning to this Hiawassee stay!

Shame on Vacasa

I hesitated to book this property due to Vacasa's poor customer service reputation, but I gave them a chance. Unfortunately, I regret that decision. Vacasa sent a marketing email 10 days before check-in, mentioning that detailed instructions would be texted on the day of arrival. I received a text with codes for the gate, door, and unit, along with Wi-Fi details, but nothing about parking. We parked in a spot without any "Owner Parking" signage, yet our car was towed the next day, causing us to miss planned events. When I contacted Vacasa, they informed me that parking information was buried in the "Driving Directions" section of an earlier email. Since I knew the area, I hadn’t reviewed those directions, and the text on the day of arrival didn’t mention the parking spot. Despite this oversight, Vacasa refused to reimburse the $225 tow fee. I'm disappointed that a company would choose not to rectify their mistake, prioritizing a small fee over customer satisfaction. This experience has only confirmed Vacasa’s poor reputation. Their customer service and priorities need serious improvement.

Very nicely appointed rooms, great location, but total screw up with combination lock. Probably Vacasa' s fault, not vrbo. We arrived late, and texted back & forth with Vacasa agent. Finally got in at 12:30AM after 1.5 hrs.

Perfect spot

Stayed here for 5 nights as a home base for a leaf watching trip. Property is clean and had every thing we needed for our stay. It’s really central to all of the fun in downtown Asheville. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was clean and well situated. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to. Our only complaint was the sparsity of toilet paper and soap. There were leftover rolls of toilet paper in the pantry.

Exactly what we needed

The place is small, but perfect for a couple getaway. Close to restaurants in downtown (certainly walkable) and easy highway access for visits to Biltmore and the mountains.

Awesome for concert stay

From concert to bed about 7 minutes. Perfect for 2 people. Great parking which seems to be a big issue in town. Walk to everything downtown. For our needs it was great.

Great Location Great Value

Nice place for a couple. Great location and very clean. Has everything you need for a great stay. The only complaint is the binder with rules, tv instructions, etc needs updated. Had a really hard time trying to watch a football fame. If you have your own streaming bring it, it will make things easier.

We Enjoyed It!

Great location with a nice end parking spot giving quick, easy access to the room. We loved that we got a text on check in day telling us that we could get in earlier than the 4pm check in. We weren’t able to get in that much earlier but it was very nice. The location allowed us to keep our car just parked, all except for one day where we did the Biltmore Estate. Everything else was an easy walk. We were in and out each day and came back to the condo often to change, etc. Condo was comfortable for the two of us. The shower was great with double heads and we liked that the bedroom had its own sink for brushing our teeth. Unit very quiet and we were rarely disturbed. For some reason, the heat does not escape the unit, so even though we had the heat set at 68, the unit stayed around 74 degrees, too hot for us. We even shut off the heat fully one morning and came back to 74 degrees, even though it was only around 33 degrees that day. We finally had to turn the AC on, even though it was freezing cold outside. Our only real complaint was that a Roku device controls the television. We love watching YouTube and it wasn’t an option on the Roku. We tried adding it but a PIN was required to add this free app. Also, we subscribe to YouTube TV and could have just logged into our account to enjoy the NFL Wild Card weekend, but again, it couldn’t be added. They left us a bottle of white wine which was awesome and we enjoyed it! Thanks for the enjoyable weekend! We would like to come back.

PROS-The Condo is ideally located in the City of Asheville with a superb parking spot in an otherwise very crowded community. The condo was clean and easily accessed. The bedroom was comfortable, and the kitchen is functional. CONS- the bathroom utilizes a sliding barn door that doubles for the door to the washer/dryer. This door does not stay shut but rolls open, requiring something to be wedged under it if you want privacy. The thermostat was set on 61 for heat but the inside of the unit was a constant 75 degrees-the heat would not go off-we had to crack a window to get any semblance of comfort. The Condo utilizes Roku which severely limits any television watching. Adding any channels requires knowing the pin number for the Roku (which is unavailable). The instructions for using this television are in the Welcome Book but they are not correct (in fact, the Welcome Book mentions a hot tub which doesn't exist). The fan in the bathroom doesn't work. There's a broken drawer in one of the night-stands next to the bed. I would give this Condo a letter grade of C- because it needs attention and repairs. I don't plan on staying there again.

Nice place.

The apartment is exactly as described and very walkable to downtown. Our only problem was that there are gates to get into the building and the check - in instructions did not include the codes. We were standing around outside making phone calls. Make sure you have codes to get in the building as well as the apartment door.
