Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was spotless, nicely decorated, and had every little detail we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. We had such an amazing time ! The house was so beautiful and had everything we needed. The view was incredible! We had fun in the house playing pool and a few games. The neighborhood was full of activities , we hiked , rented a boat and had a day at the beach club. Also the host communicated well, which is always nice. We would 100% come back for another summer vacation and stay right here!!

We just returned from the most peaceful stay at this luxurious mountain retreat, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The views alone are worth the tripā€”on a clear day, we could see for miles, even catching a glimpse of downtown Atlanta. Absolutely breathtaking.The home itself is spacious, beautiful and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and fun. We especially loved the private hot tub just off the master bedroom and the fireplaces added a warm, inviting touch.The loftā€™s pool table was a hit. Every detail, from the luxurious master bath to the peaceful surroundings, made this feel like a true home away from home. The host were extremely accommodating, readily available and friendly. If you're looking for a serene getaway with all the comforts (and then some), this is the place. Weā€™re already dreaming about our next visit!

One of the best views in Big Canoe. Large deck for entertaining. It did get foggy quite a few mornings but if you are waiting for the sun to come up it's no problem driving down the mountain but driving up the mountain at night in the fog is not for the faint hearted. Brad and Ling are great owners/hosts who took care of the few minor problems immediately during our five week stay.

Perfect family get away

We were looking for a private retreat and had a great long weekend here. The house was great and the kids had a blast with the toys, bunk room, hot tub and overall property. Great hikes, saw deer, wild turkeys and bald eagles and enjoyed some lovely days renting boats on the lake. All around a great, relaxing get away. The owners were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

I moved to Atlanta GA in 2021 from Vancouver Canada. As I made some new friends here at my home in Atlanta, I was offered to stay in one of my friends Big Canoe Airbnb for a few nights. I immediatley fell in love with the cabins, the big canoe amenities and quiet life of nature that surrounded me. And I knew that I had to live here, even if part time, and when not using my home in big canoe, I could share it with you.

When I first walked into this house, the vista and the all glass around the rooms was just breathtaking. And I knew I had to have it to enjoy and share with others. They old cliche is location location location. And to be honest, yes. Its true. This is a phenomnal home.

The view. Simply the view. Either setting in the hot tub to just relaxing in the lounge chair. The quiet. The relaxation that you feel with the gentle breezes that continuously blow.
This can be romantic to family oriented. Its just near perfect.
