The approximately 40sqm apartment is newly renovated and completely refurbished and is located upstairs in a residential building in a quiet grown location in beautiful Grainau amidst the beautiful mountainous area.
From the living room with a dining area you reach the large balcony with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Waxensteine and the surrounding mountains.
The bedroom has a large double bed (1.80m wide).
In the living room you can take off the couch for two more comfortable sheep occasions or let the evenings fade out in front of the TV. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, an induction hotplate and other small electrical appliances.
In your own daylight bathroom there is a shower and toilet.
The apartment offers a quiet location with a wonderful mountain view.

The apartment is only 300m away from the station of the Bavarian Zugspitzbahn, from where you can easily reach the Zugspitze. The ascent to the Höllentalklamm is about 500m away. Nearby you will find the famous Kandahar downhill and many other ski lifts.
