Distribution and rooms of the apartment
The apartment is on the first floor of a three family house. The apartment is in very good condition as major renovations have been done in the house. A balcony on the west side and a balcony on the east side give you direct access to the fresh and clean Black Forest air. Both balconies are equipped with garden furniture so that you can enjoy a meal in the fresh air at any time. The apartment consists of a very well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, baking oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, large fridge and refrigerated storage room). A rocking chair, a couch and a large table create a comfortable atmosphere in the living and dining area. The absolute highlight is the view from the dining table on the Schluchsee. In the open and directly adjacent living room there is a couch, an armchair and a large flat screen. Here you can also enjoy cozy evenings or rainy days. In the first bedroom there is a large bed for two people. A couch, a large wardrobe and a high-quality hi-fi system also ensure a very pleasant atmosphere in the room. In the second bedroom there is a pull-out bed for two people. An old rustic wooden cupboard completes the very harmonious room. Both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony. The large and bright bathroom has a large and spacious shower and two closets. The toilet can be found in a separate room next to the bathroom. The two large and non-transparent windows in the rooms provide sufficient daylight and fresh air in the two rooms.

Style of the apartment
The entire apartment is equipped with a stylish wooden package. The interior of the apartment reflects the character of the Black Forest: stylish, modern, close to nature and rustic in the Black Forest style. Other highlights of the apartment are stylish elements from the Black Forest.

The property
The plot of the house is approx. 2500 m² and offers an idyllic setting.

The location
The house is located directly above the park in Schluchsee. It is therefore possible to take a relaxed walk through the park at any time. The very good location of the property is also reflected in its centrality. In about five minutes on foot you can reach the market square in the center or the train station on the lake. The proximity to the train station makes it easy to get there without a car. Schluchsee offers versatile opportunities for optimal relaxation as well as for sporting activities.

The history of the apartment
In the past, the apartment was occupied by one person two to three days a week. The interior of the apartment and the overall style were completely renewed in summer 2017. Love is in the detail - this saying was crucial in the redesign. The result is an oasis of wellbeing in a central location in Schluchsee.
