THE GRAND LUXXE 4-BEDROOM RESIDENCE TOWER IS NOT THE 4-BEDROOM ESTATES, THEY ARE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AT THE RESORTS.
Grand Luxxe Four-Bedroom Residence is as large as a home, if you have a large group or family and want the highest level of luxury, give the Residence a try.
Private roof-top pool, hot tub, and restaurant for the building occupants, with spectacular views. There is also a private splash pool on the expansive balcony of the unit.

The Grand Luxxe Residence Tower, there is only one Residence building at Nuevo Vallarta (used to be Luxxe Building 4) which has 16 four-bedroom suites.
Each suite goes from one side of the building to the other and you have a deck on both sides. Thus, all suites have a 360-degree view of the surroundings. One side of the Residence unit directly faces the ocean with a good view of the ocean, the city of Puerto Vallarta, and much of the Vidanta site. The other side has a smaller deck with views of the golf courses. All the views are wonderful, particularly from the exclusive roof-top pool and restaurant available only to people in the building. You will have preferred golf with reduced rates, 2 for1 massages, spa, tennis, restaurant reservations.

THE ESTATES, 3-bedroom, 5-bath, there is one word that describes The Estates, LUXURIOUS! From the moment you arrive - private airport shuttle (now a charge to guests, $15 per person, Sorry Vidanta is now charging for the shuttle) and easy check in experience, butler service, and private chef (extra), shuttles service, hop the green Estate's shuttles to the Beachland and the ocean front private pools/cabanas, preferred golf with reduced rates, 2 for 1 massages, spa, tennis, restaurant reservations, and access to all pools (sorry the 2 roof top pools are excluded). You will leave feeling spoiled!
This beautiful space features a gourmet kitchen outfitted with a breakfast bar and all the finest appliances, a stylish dining area, a lounge area with TV, two bedrooms with a king bed and a TV, another bedroom with 2-full beds and a TV, five bathrooms including three with a Jacuzzi tub, and a large terrace complete with beautiful outdoor furnishings and a private plunge pool.
The 3-bedroom is actually a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom residence that are joined together with a privacy door. You have 2 kitchens and 2 dinning/living areas. Sleep 8 comfortably, 10 if you use the sofa area.
The ESTATES has the highest level of luxury in all of the Vidanta sites and is available in Nuevo Vallarta.
