Great for our family gathering!

We did Thanksgiving with our out of town family and this place was perfect for what we needed. All the amenities needed were there and it was perfect with our kids. Highly recommend.

The host of this property was very attentive. Ensured the property was ready on time for us to check in and took care of full trash upon our arrival so we didn't have to pile it outside of the bins

Wonderful stay!

We all fell in love with Michigan and this property during our stay. We were very impressed with how spacious, up to date and clean this property was. The location was perfect and the surrounding area was beautiful. Our only wish was that our stay was longer!!

The home is brand new! We were very close to downtown Saugatuck and Douglas which was a huge plus. Plenty of room for the entire extended family (10 of us total).

This house was awesome. Beautiful and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay and the one time we were missing something - garbage bags- our Host came by that night to bring them to us. I would return here in a heartbeat and hope that we do. This was our first time in this area of Michigan and we absolutely loved it. 10/10

Family beach trip

Our stay was fantastic! The communication from the property management group was great and all questions were answered in a timely manner. The house itself was much bigger than the photos let on! The main living/dining/kitchen area was great for the whole family (11 of us) to comfortably hang out and spend time together. A very quick drive to the beach and on a beautifully, quiet, secluded street. Would definitely stay again!

Fennville Fun vacation home

We enjoyed oir stay in this newly built home. It was impeccably clean on arrival. The property managers were very responsive. The supplies and amenities were minimal and we had to request more during our short stay. The location near Saugatuck/Douglas is great with lots to do there and places to eat! The Sunset park is a short walk or bike ride down the road. The house has nice privacy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Roomy house in lovely location

We stayed here with extended family for a big anniversary, and there was plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy our time together. We were very grateful to the hosts for being flexible to us when our dates needed to change. Be aware that the best way to reach hosts is by leaving a message on their phone (vs. messaging through the app). A couple of members of our group would’ve been grateful for improvements to the beds, which were not super comfy.

House was clean and well put together. I have previously stayed at this rental with friends so I knew what to anticipate. We were a group of 6 and found there was plenty of space to feel like it was home away from home.It’s a good rental property for a quiet visit to the west coast of Michigan. Nice walking distance to a small sunset park that overlooks the Lake. Easy drive into Douglas, Saugatuck, or even up to Holland.Well maintained and comfortable.Only major complaint is the hot tub was not turned on when we arrived (set to 81degrees) and took most of the first day to warm up to be useable. It also may not have been recently cleaned as someone had left a pair of swimming goggles that were in the base of the hot tub. They seemed quite degraded/falling apart so not sure how long they had been there.

The house was fabulous, including the location and setting. Very comfortable and well stocked. We all loved it. However when we arrived we weren’t able to shower as the hot water smelled badly of sulfur. It send a text and left 2 VMs and never heard back until Now got a text that a maintenance person was coming, literally as they were walking up the drive. It got fixed and all was good. The next day we lost power. The neighbors had electricity so we didn’t know if we bliss a circuit or if the neighbors had generators. I called the emergency after hours number and never heard a thing. Also, it snowed and there was no snow shovel. All in all the house was great but the management company was not as responsive as I would have expected.

Beautiful Home

Every few years we do an all girls trip…Aunts, cousins, sisters. This year we went to Michigan. The house is beautiful and looked exactly as pictured. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out without feeling crowded. On our first day the internet did not work at no fault of the rental agency…a line was cut. When I called they immediately were able to get someone out over the weekend to fix it. The communication was great and immediate. The house was so clean and beautifully appointed. I only have good things to say about our stay. Very simple and close drive into Saugatuk and a few minute walk to Sunset Park. If we were ever to get up that way again I’d rent a property from Kevin for sure!

Family get-together

The property was beautiful!! The house was just as the pictures show. Outside area was very nice. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses, etc. We enjoyed the deer that would come right in the yard. Amazing place that was enjoyed by a large family group!

Relaxing and fun extended weekend!

The house and property was beautiful and very clean. Quality house, decorated with beautiful furnishings. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the great hot tub and beautiful wooded surroundings! We grilled out with family and enjoyed a nice time at Oval Beach, shopping and dinner in Saugatuck, along with shopping in Douglas. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic House

We absolutely loved our trip. The house is brand new and the pictures don’t do it justice. Great space for a group of people. Short drive to Saugatuck. Host had great communication, was pleasant and went above and beyond. We can’t wait to stay here again.
