ROADS: This home is in a mountain town. As such, you can expect dirt roads, potholes (due to things like traffic and rain), and slow speed limits. We recommend driving appropriate vehicles for the conditions.

WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.

~ FISHING: Access to Island Park Reservoir is only about a 3 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk to the community park and boat launch. There are also other various access points around the lake. Henry's Lake for fishing, boating, and other water activities is about a 25 minute drive as well (depending on traffic).
~ GROCERIES: The nearest grocery store, Robins Roost, is about a 15 minute drive (depending on traffic).
~ PARKING: This home has a large U-Shaped driveway, plenty of room for trucks and toy haulers
~ SNOWMOBILING/ ATVs: Access to hundreds of miles of trails right from the front door
