Take your time out.
In the region of the Bavarian Danube Valley and Klosterwinkel, in a prime, quiet location is our tasteful property with two spacious time-out apartments. Surrounded by the idyllic hilly landscape, not far from the spa triangle Bad Birnbach, Bad Griesbach, Bad Füssing, our apartments are ideal for relaxing and recharging your batteries.
But there are also day trips for the whole family - for example to the nearby Bayernpark, the western town of Pullman City or the cultural town of Passau.
For me, time out means that you can relax here and just feel at home. Dahoam, that's a very nice feeling. Out of everyday life, out of the city, switch off and find yourself. I wanted to share this experience with other people, which gave me the idea of a time-out apartment.
Time out can also mean watching the children play on the opposite playground from the balcony and having a relaxed coffee. Or just reading a good book. A high chair, children's books and games for children and the whole family, as well as a television can be found in the apartment.
And those who like to eat outdoors can have breakfast with their loved ones on the balcony, our sunny terraces or heat up the grill.
For those who want to do something with new strength and energy, such as B. If you want a Danube boat trip, horseback riding in the nearby riding stables or golfing in Bad Griesbach, we are happy to provide tips for the region.
We hope that our guests can enjoy their time-out in Lower Bavaria's Tuscany and arrive home relaxed and satisfied.
The spacious apartment (approx. 60 sqm) welcomes you with a very nice wardrobe with a large mirror. In the sleeping (cuddle) room there is a double bed and there is enough space to accommodate everything. The bathtub in the bathroom invites you to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dishwasher does the dishes. Another highlight is in the living room. The comfort sofa bed is not only set up with a handle, but also guarantees a restful sleep with a slatted frame and continuous matting (1. 60x2m). Solid wood flooring, wooden ceilings and access to the large balcony complete the comfortable climate in this apartment.
Note: final cleaning 60 EUR. Towels and bed linen 10 EUR per person can be booked optionally and paid on site.
