This Buckhorn townhome offers the best of everything Bachelor Gulch has to offer. It abuts the ski run and is ski in with 50 steps to slope. Step outside the door, grab your skis, walk 50 steps and whisk around the large in-ground, very private jacuzzi straight to the slopes or to Bachelor Gulch Express chairlift. When you stay in our Buckhorn home you have complimentary use of the three Ritz Carlton hot tubs, and the heated pool. You also have paid use of the Ritz spa and workout room. Only a 5 minute walk from our place! We also have a private hot tub at our home for your convenience.

It is hard to find a true 5-bedroom; 5 ½ bath house in Beaver Creek, especially so close to Bachelor Gulch Village. The house is exquisitely furnished, the beds are extremely comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house has it's own two-car garage and private entrance. Ski straight to the back door after an incredible day on the slopes. No lobbies, no locker rooms, no front desk, no sharing the jacuzzi – this is your private piece of paradise.

The bustling Après and live music scene at the Ritz Carlton is only a 5 minute walk away, yet none of the festivities can be heard from this quiet home. Even sitting on the deck and experiencing the ski slope views and gorgeous aspens is peaceful and relaxing. Coffee in the morning or afternoon Après on the deck or a very short walk to the Ritz Carlton is one of those unforgettable experiences.

Summer in Bachelor Gulch is a magical time - the wind through the aspen trees, the spa facilities at the Ritz, rafting the Eagle River, ziplining in nearby Vail. There are beautiful hiking trails just outside the door, including the village-to-village trail which has a gorgeous, moderately challenging hike to Beaver Creek Village with a free shuttle back.

This three-level mountain home is nestled within the aspens and has a cozy gas fireplace, kitchen with premium appliances, a great media room, five guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, large laundry room with two full-sized, washer/dryer and two-car garage. We have room for two regular sized cars in garage, two in the driveway and overflow parking available in two lots down the road for 10.00 a day. The free shuttle will take you back to the house from there. The covered deck has great views and a gas BBQ, with the hot tub just steps away.

Layout
Main Floor has the front entrance, great room and kitchen and the master bedroom with King bed. The master bath has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub.

Middle floor (downstairs) has Bedroom 2 with two queen beds and private bath, Bedroom 3 is the ski room with private bath, twin bunk beds, and direct access to the slopes and large private outside jacuzzi. Bedroom 4 has a private bath and two queen beds.

Bottom floor has a large TV and game room with very large sectional couch, , a 75” television and Bedroom 5 with private bath and a king bed.
