Our house is located in Orihuela Costa Villamartin. An absolutely quiet location. A pleasant climate and pleasant temperatures await you! We have about 320 days of sunshine a year!

In the summer months, the Mediterranean is well over 20 degrees. The air temperature is over 30 degrees. We have put a lot of effort into furnishing our house comfortably and with flair. We have glazed the veranda so that it can be used during the warm winter months. A fully equipped kitchen is available. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and toilet. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. These have a large double bed with built-in closet and extra chest of drawers. Of course, bed linen and towels are sufficiently available. The larger bedroom has air conditioning and a balcony. There is also another toilet with a washbasin on the ground floor. Here is also the living room with sufficient seating and the kitchen.

The large kitchen is equipped with an induction hob (4 plates), electric oven, washing machine and a refrigerator with separate freezer compartment as well as a microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
An additional dining area is also available.
You can enjoy a refreshing dip in the community pool directly at the house (accessible through the back exit in the house). In the evening you can relax with friends in the courtyard barbecuing or visit sufficient restaurants / bars at Villamartin Plaza to plan the next excursions. Furthermore, various promotions such as karaoke and live performances are offered here.
Our house is fully furnished for 4 people. Non smoking house, we ask you not to smoke in the house itself !!

Alicante is 57 km from Casa Fiesta and Torrevieja about 13 km. Murcia is 45 km away. There are many different activities in the area, such as golfing and hiking. In addition, there are many other attractions such as a children's park, horse riding and much more. The nearest airport is Murcia-San Javier Airport, 27 km from the property. Alicante airport is approximately 57 km away.
