The apartment 11, a maisonette in the main building is intended for two people - but also very suitable for four people, especially parents with two children. It is located on the eastern gable side of the main building with a separate entrance and access to the sea by the shortest route. The apartment measures over two floors generous 68 sqm. The stylish living-dining area with flat screen TV, radio, telephone a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine and dishwasher, oven with 4-zone ceramic hob, etc.) with kitchen counter is located on the ground floor. The modern shower room is also located on the ground floor. A furnished terrace with sea view offers not only space for breakfast, but also the possibility for sunbathing, barbecues - just to relax. About a spiral staircase you reach the cozy furnished master bedroom and a children's bedroom. Both rooms have sloping ceilings, which do not detract from the comfort and underline the homely character. What you should know: On the day of your arrival, your accommodation is available from 4 pm and on the day of departure until 10 am. There is a car parking space available. Please inform before arrival about further parking facilities. The stylish and individually furnished living-dining area has Wi-Fi, a large flat screen TV with DVD / Blueray player. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-zone ceramic hob and a practical bar. The well-kept shower room can also be found on the ground floor. The living room leads directly onto the sheltered furnished terrace with a view of the Bodden.  A spiral staircase leads to a comfortably furnished bedroom with double bed and reading space. In the neighboring second bedroom are two normal sized sleeping couches. Wardrobe and dresser provide plenty of storage space. Both rooms are generous despite sloping ceilings. The special thing about this neighborhood is the location at the end of the narrow Reddevitzer Höft - around the Bodden. If you come here, you will always find peace and seclusion with the most beautiful sunsets on R����������������������gen. Here in the biosphere reserve the Bodden coast is still original and romantic.  The Baltic Sea beach is best reached by bike about 30 minutes or a bit faster by car. Mönchgut and Ostrügen are excellently developed for tourists and therefore always interesting for adventure-hungry guests. What else you should know: You can use the apartment from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and until 10.00 am on the day of departure. There is a parking space available.
