An extensive dune beach, farm land, vegetable fields, olive groves, beautiful pine trees and the blue sea on the horizon are the characteristics of this area. The village itself is quiet, rural and modest with a couple of taverns, Cafés, and beach bars at the seashore.
The property NIKOS is located on the outskirts of Kakovatos, directly behind a dune on a densely overgrown property. The 3 terraced houses in a row and the 4 semi-detached houses NIKOS are situated on a large nature and garden property, just outside the village in a quiet, green area, well separated by lush, Mediterranean plants and a distance of 10 to 20mtr between the houses.
