The two-storey holiday home Erika is located on a large, enclosed, beautifully planted plot, surrounded by pine trees and numerous Mediterranean plants and flowers, above the natural beach of Aghios Nikolaos, idyllic and with a view of the blue sea. The rustically furnished holiday home is situated on a beautiful hillside overlooking the sea in the district of Schoinias, approx. 5 km north-east of the charming village of Aghios Nikolaos.
On the ground floor of the house is the dining room with a beautiful wood-burning stove and adjoining kitchen area with direct access to the side terrace with fantastic views of the sea. The beautiful, covered terrace, furnished with a large dining table and comfortable garden chairs, serves as a summer living room. 4 steps down from the dining room is the living room with fireplace and bathroom. One floor above the living room are 3 bedrooms and a further bathroom.
To the rear and side of the holiday home is a small annex with its own entrance, which is occasionally occupied by the German landlady.

Approx. 500m as the crow flies below the holiday home is a youth camp that operates during the summer months.
