The comfortable Villa Iliana with a private pool is located in an exclusive residential area, close to the picturesque village Skotina in the foothills of the Mount Olympus. It is a well maintained property in a green, quiet area that provides many options for excursions or hiking tours. The house is surrounded by a large garden with lawn and various Mediterranean plants and flowers. Two wonderful roofed terraces with garden furniture provide the necessary shade according to the time of day, 2 outdoor fans provide cooling on some hot days. The portable patio fireplace provides warmth and makes for unforgettable holiday evenings. The sun loungers by the pool invite you to relax and chill.
The two-storey Villa Iliana is tastefully furnished and provides a high standard of living and wellness comfort to the guests. The private pool has a waterfall and massage function and is equipped with a counter-current system (endless pool).
On the ground floor with mirrored windows there is the hallway leading to the living/dining area with an open kitchen and direct access to a side terrace and the rear part of the garden. From the hallway you also get to the pool area and the roofed front terrace and the beautiful garden of the house. The living area leads to the bathroom. . On the upper floor the hallway leads to the two bedrooms and the bath. One of the bedrooms is fitted with mirrored windows and provides a wonderful view across the foothills of the Mount Olympus. The second bedroom has access to a small roofed balcony with a partial sea view. In the semi-open gallery above the hallway is one bedroom with a wood panelled saddle roof (0,90 to 2,20mtr in the centre of the room) and a private bath (sloping roof 0,80 to 2 mtr).In addition to air conditioning, all rooms are also equipped with fans.

The holiday home has many games as well as an X-Box One Kinetic games console, a football table for 4 people, 3 Sat-TV with German and foreign channels, Netflix. 2 e-bikes are available to guests.
The approx. 46 m² freshwater pool (11.50 x 4 m, depth: 0.50 to 1.80 m, in operation all year round, not heatable) offers great bathing fun for young and old. 6 sun loungers and 2 large parasols invite you to relax by the pool. The villa is ideal for nature lovers and hikers.

We loved the layout,brilliant facilities and attention to detail ensured every possible need is catered for. We would certainly recommend this holiday home for a fabulous stay. Fabulous and informative hosts with plenty of info to improve our stay in the area.

We loved this house and felt it was like home from home for us. Super easy check in and good introduction to the house. We loved all the different areas of the house both inside and out. The pool was superb and the facilities are fantastic. Everything for a great stay has been thought of. We did not have the best of weather but this house did not disapoint being both comfortable and relaxing. Great internet,tv and loads of information about bith the house and the lical area.we loved it and would certainly recommend it.

Iliana is a really nice and comfortable holiday home with everything we needed. Theodoros was a very welcoming host, he had foreseen enough food and drinks for our first days. He had also good information about resturants and must sees in the region. The pool and the airconditioning helped us through the heat wave of August. We visited some nice villages, Thessaloniki, the Olympus mountains, the coasts and we even made a day trip to the Meteora (2h drive but really worth the trip).

This was an amazing location….great place, pool, hot tub, space enough for several families…Teo (not Jan Von) was our great host. but the weather was horrible. Cold, Rain, wind…absolutely horrible. We would love to return with family during the actual summer. Highlight of the stay was being invited to / and attended an actual Greek wedding in the village. Except no poupi kakas… Thank you again for the hospitality. We would love to stay again during the summer so we could actually enjoy the house

Das Haus war unfassbar toll. Sauber und voll ausgestattet. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Leider hat das Wetter nicht recht mitgespielt und wir konnten den grandiosen Pool (der im Übrigen regelmäßig gesäubert wurde) nicht die ganze Zeit genießen. Müssen wohl im Sommer noch mal wieder kommen Wir wurden vor Ort von Laiou Vaia betreut die immer sofort reagierte und sehr sehr nett war. Wir kamen mitten in der Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag an und für uns wurde brot, Aufstrich, frisches Obst und Getränke bereit gestellt.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt bei Iliana Skotina! Freundliche Gastgeber, toller Pool und sehr komfortable Annehmlichkeiten. Atemberaubende Aussicht, charmantes Bergdorf und ein historisches Schloss in der Nähe. Die Natur ist üppig (und die Mücken auch!). Ich würde definitiv nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Toller Aufenthalt! Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es gibt ALLES und mehr, was du für einen kurzen (oder langen) Aufenthalt brauchst. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, die Gegend hat im Allgemeinen eine Menge zu bieten - von den Bergen über die Strände bis hin zu den Kulturstätten und pulsierenden Städten. Theodoros war sehr nett und hatte solide Empfehlungen für lokale Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Pool war an heißen Tagen offensichtlich ein Segen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Hervorragend ausgestattetes Haus, Betten in denen es sich fantastisch schläft, Fliegengitter im ganzen Haus und einVermieter der liebevoll Lebensmittel für die ersten Tage bereitgestellt hat. Haus und Garten sind so liebevoll hergerichtet, als wenn man selbst dort wohnt, der Pool ist einfach nur ein Traum. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Nous avons été ravis de passer 7 jours dans cette belle villa qui correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes. le propriétaire nous a accueilli avec un frigo bien rempli pour les premiers jours, et même avec des gâteaux d'une patisserie locale. Il était extrêmement serviable et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Nous avosn suivis ses recommandations pour trouver des plages et des restaurants à proximité. La maison était suréquipée, climatisée partout, d'une propreté impeccable. Il y avait beaucoup de jeux pour les enfants, un jaccuzi, plain de serviettes. Il y avait même des médicaments et des lotions contre les moustiques, des lingettes démaquillantes et etc. Il avait pensé à tout ! Le cadre de la maison était exceptionnel- de la verdure, un vue à couper le souffle ver le Mont Olympus et les oliveraies. Le jardin était très bien entretenu, avec des fleurs multicolores et du mobilier de jardin de bonne qualité.La piscine était très propre et chaude et les enfants s’y prélassaient toute la journée. On n’avait pas envie de partir.

We waren met 3 bevriende koppels in het mooi huis, waar ons aan niks ontbrak. Bij aankomst al wat lekkers in koelkast. Een zeer compleet huis, zowel in de keuken, als in de speelkamer met allerlei spelletjes en zelfs Netflix. Buiten was het zeer aangenaam vertoeven in de mooie bijgehouden kleurrijke tuin. Genoeg plekjes rondom het huis om te zitten. Kamers waren mooi en schoon, de badkamer/douche boven was door het schuine dak echter wat klein voor volwassen, maar was zeker geen issue voor het verblijf. Genoeg handdoeken en zelfs badjassen waren aanwezig. Zeker een aanrader.

Very nice house and great communication with the owner. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you could dream of to ease the vacation. The outside pool was too cold, but i‘ve expected that for early november. Therefore the indoor hottub was well used, althought takes a bit of study of the manual provided by the owner in order to run it. There are some wild dogs (and cats) around. They are totally friendly and we were never barked at, but they are also very stubborn and dont fear cobtact to strangers at all. Since they jump the front gate with ease, smaller kids shouldn‘t remain outside alone as far as my sense of security goes. I can‘t judge the situation during summer tho. Other than that, the suggestions togo nearby and general sourrundings were very nice. Breathtaking views on mount olymp, short drives to various rather empty beaches (in november) and some lovely cultural sites give lots of opportunities to explore. Also lots of restaurants are within 10-15 min drive, as are larger supermarkets. We did not check the local convenient store tho. We‘d love to come back - hopefully a bit earlier in the year to fully enjoy the lovely, clean and large outdoor pool. Thanks again to teodoros for everything. Best regards

La maison est juste magnifique tout était parfait. Elle est très bien situé entre mer et montagne juste magnifique. Elle est très bien équipée vous n'avez rien besoin d'acheter. La piscine très bien et le jacuzzi aussi. Les petites attentions à notre arrivée ont été au top. Theodoros est d'une gentillesse et toujours disponible si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, grâce à lui le séjour à été encore plus merveilleux. Merci encore pour tout vraiment nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous reviendrons c'est sur. Je recommande vivement !!!

This place is pure heaven!!! Everything was amazing! Thedoros has the house stocked with everything imaginable- he received us with a stocked fridge, fruit milk bread cakes , there’s sugar coffee machine, microwave, toaster , cleaning stuff, loads of towels, just everything! The house is spotless and Theodoros is so welcoming , he has printed out directions to beachside, restaurants and site seeing that is close, all the house is air conditioned and fans, pool is impeccable, there was also a cleaning stuff when we were there. Beds are very comfortable, 5 minutes to great beaches, 8 minutes drive to the big Lidl supermarket, there are also small ones 2 minutes away. We had a little trouble finding the place but managed it after some effort and theodoros was available on phone to help. It’s more beautiful then the pictures Had bbq with the gas bbq - amazing! Lots of out door furniture to rest and sit ,very quiet neighbourhood, just perfect . We can’t wait to come back Thanks Theodoros for being the perfect host!
