One of the front doors didnt lock or stay closed, had to leave and book a hotel room so our belongings were secure. Aside from this issue its just an okay place to stay.

Great Stay!

We loved our stay! The host was very nice and accommodating. The rental is walking distances to many restaurants and downtown. We walked to the river walk multiple times throughout our stay and it was very convenient. Would stay here again.

nice quick get away

A friend and I came to San Antonio for the night for an event. This property was perfect for our quick get away. Clean, friendly, and close to everything we needed. Will definitely book again

Perfect Location

Walking distance from the riverwalk! We stayed here for a conference and found it very easy to get to and from by foot or a cheap uber ride. Good neighborhood, never felt unsafe. The beds were very comfy. Great stay all together!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay! Hosts were so sweet. We shared a few drinks on the patio & watched a movie on the projector. I was there for my bday and they sang happy birthday to me. Great location to go walk to Riverwalk. Thank you!

Very cool litttle place! Close to riverwalk and convention centre. Great area! Very quiet. Awesome host! Definitely stay again if we ever end up back in San Antonio.

Retirement Adventure

Not fancy, but very adequate and very friendly. Host lives on the proporty which is convenient for information and directions. However,our space was private. Due to the location I would certainly do a return stay. Again, host was very nice.

Long weekend getaway

This house worked out great for our long weekend. We stayed 4 nights and this place is in a great area to walk to pretty much anything. The host Olivia and puppies were just great. She was there for anything needed. I wanted to watch a sports game and boom she set up a projector outside for me to watch it on. I will definitely be booking again at this property!!

Our host Oliva was amazing! She made sure to meet us when we arrived and checked in with us throughout our stay. Her dogs were super friendly! Very close to the Henry B Gonzalez Conference Center and Alamodome. Highly recommend it.

Great time!!

Olivia was a great host. We were staying here to attend a conference at the with a short walk to the conference center. The villa was comfortable and clean. The host was attentive to our needs, got us some coffee and even threw me a birthday party. It was fun!

What a delightful stay! Our host Oliva was terrific. Sheis friendly and was helpful with directions and recommendations. The cabin was just as pictured and met our needs.. not glamorous, but homey and comfortable for our family and small dog. Hemisphere park was basically across the street. Parking was easy right on front of the house. The cabin was airconditioned and had strong Internet and cable tv. I was attending a conference and it was a pleasant walk back through the park to the house. We even met some neighbors and socialized out on the porch loke old friends. You could also just hangout privately withnyour family if that is your style. Will definitely come back again when in SA. I feel like I have a family/home away from home at Oliva's place!

The best stay ever!

Stay was amazing! Oliva was the best host from start to finish. Anything we needed she was more than happy to provide. My kiddo was able to use the internet with no issue and kept asking when are we coming back? It felt so much like home. Downtown and Southtown is within walking distance so sightseeing and great restaurants are in reach. You won’t regret staying here and have fun in the process!

Amazing property and fantastic host!

I came to San Antonio for a conference. So glad the hotel was sold out and I looked for Vrbo availability. Stayed in "Adorable" (Ms. Oliva's name for the guest apartment I stayed in). Very clean and comfortable space that's an easy walk to the convention center. Ms. Oliva is kind and friendly. She is happy to interact with her guests at their level of comfort. If you want to be left alone to do your own thing, she will only check to be sure you have everything you need. Personally, I enjoyed hanging out with Ms. Oliva, her friends, and her precious dogs. I highly recommend the property and hope to return for future visits to San Antonio.

The Good: * Friendly host, was helpful with directions and area information * closer to downtown The Bad: * Too small shower area that we kept bumping on to the wall a lot and uncomfortable * one of the beds was creaking springs and noisy, quite uncomfortable to the back * crushed beer cans and bugs behind the bed and on the floor * kitchen supplies were limited * tv was not working * could have used one more table and convenient power outlets, instead of a couch

Very Nice Owner - Environment Not Great - Good Location

Not as indicated on the listing. As soon as you stepped out of the unit or walking toward the unit there was dog pee all over the concrete patio in at least 30 spots. The smell was pretty bad. The property owner lives on site and was very nice and accommodating when we asked about the TV and heater. The unit itself was old but relatively clean. The main problem was the strong dog pee odor as soon as you walked out and all the way to the exit fence. Towels smelled like cigarettes although the unit did not smell of smoke.
