The house offers 2 double rooms (each approx. 9m²), 2 four-bed rooms with bunk beds (each approx. 12m²), a large living room (32m²) which can also accommodate up to 8 beds. The cozy wooden house has 2 bathrooms (4 & 6sqm) with the larger bathroom the 3.2m ² sauna is to be reached. From the sauna you have a beautiful view of the fields. On the ground floor (underfloor heating) a. The large open kitchen (32sqm). You will live on a total of 140m².

The terrace in south-west slope (50m²) offers a magnificent view over the large, well-kept garden and farm. There is a large children's play area on the grounds - the Bolz area, the play barn, the Bobbycarrennbahn, the sandpit and a pirate ship ... In addition, we are a small farm with pigs, chickens, horses, cats and rabbits - who can be looked and stroked.
