Villa Encantada Aruba with Private Pool and garden

Dear John, Thank you for your review. I receive all my guests with an open house up on arrival, as I want them to see the potential of the Villa. It is up to the guest to decide whether they enjoy our nice caribean breeze or they can chose to close the Villa with the air conditioning. A lot of guests prefer the open concept also. I had sprays for mosquitos in the kitchen pantry, but you never mentioned anything about mosquitos during your stay. On the contrary the wind chases the mosquitos away. Aruba utility company does not supply homes with hot tap water. Hot water was personally added to the showers of the Villa for your comfort. You also did not inform me that the water was not hot enough. You probably did not push the 2nd level on the electric hot water equipment. Thank again for your stay and comments! Dear Cheryl, Thank you for your stay and review @ Villa Encantada. As I was checking in your son Brett, he informed he was impressed about the Villa's size, nature, garden and the spacious patio outside the Villa. He said it is bigger then the previous stays in Aruba. He said you might get lost in it! This bigger and spacious Villa requires most maintenance and other expenses to keep it in good shape. This explains why it is more costly. The washing machine takes up to 20 kilos of laundry per load. That why the standard is set for 1 x week. But when ever a guest has more laundry needs I have always accommodated them. Most of the time I provide the laundry supplies unless they have their own preference in laundry detergents. The machine is a computer so most of the time I set the settings for the guests that need more help. If you would have request me laundry I would have accommodated you. I have asked you all for a phone number that we can better communicate through WhatsApp, you said "no". I have send you a message through VRBO giving you my phone number so you can contact me with any issues or concerns. I have not received any response. I have respected your privacy and decision. I have informed Brett that I do not provide condiments or coffee because my guests have their own preference in coffee and seasonings. Some get even offended to share these items. I do provide a coffee maker so they can enjoy their own coffee. As I was watering the plants I have asked you how you were doing? You informed that you had some mosquito bites, The villa is the nature plus I have a beautiful garden, so mosquitos is possible. Brett and Leslie said they did not have any issues with mosquitos. So immediately I bought you 2 sprays, One for your room and one to spray on your body. Thank you for staying at the Villa. I would like to wish you all the best in your future endeavors!
