This amazing property has 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The amazing master suite has king-size bed, it has its own en-suite bathroom and dressing room, with loads of hanging and shelf space. There are also two double rooms, one has queen bed and the other a full-size bed. The two twin rooms have been designed for the young - and the young at heart! The princess room will be loved by the girls while the boys will really go for the Disney Room. All bedrooms are fitted with TVs. The share bathroom has soak tubs with overhead showers, vanity units with drawers and cupboards, mirrors and vanity lighting and hairdryer. As you enter the villa you are in the first of two lounge areas. Comfortably furnished with two sofas and coffee table, this one is the perfect place to sit and relax. This room leads through to the family room, again comfortably furnished with sofa and coffee table and TV. For a gourmet dinner, there is a beautiful eight-seater dining table in the dining area in the first lounge. For more casual options, use the breakfast bar or the table and chairs in the nook in the kitchen or the patio. The screened-in pool & spa area is complemented by a large outdoor table with ample chairs and lounge seats for all guests. Make sure you arrange to have the spa heated, in advance (for an additional fee). The beautiful game room has a luxury pool table and air hockey table to kid the kid entertained. Adjoining the kitchen is a laundry room with washer and dryer and pantry, where an iron and ironing board are stored.

Bella Toscana is a small peaceful community on the Ronald Reagan Parkway, with easy access to the US27 and I-4 Highway. There is a children's play area on Bella Toscana and a nearby picnic/BBQ area for you to enjoy and meet other families enjoying the Florida weather. Disney World theme parks are close by at just 15-20 minutes drive away, with Universal, SeaWorld and International Drive all within a 25-30 minute drive. Shopping and dining options to suit all tastes and desires can be found within a few minutes of leaving the community.
