A Pineapple Paradise

A Pineapple Paradise is the paradise you have been looking for! Centrally located in Crystal Beach, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has it all. It is the perfect location for easy access to all the local restaurants, shopping and fun activities in the area. It is also just a short walk, golf cart ride, or drive to the beach.

The family room has wooden floors, a large flat-screen television and comfortable furniture, making it a great place to relax. For your convenience, high speed internet is provided. The kitchen is well furnished, and has bar seating as well as a dining table that seats four.

This two story house has a primary suite with a queen bed on the main level. Two other bedrooms are located upstairs - one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two sets of twin over queen bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own private bath and satellite-connected, flat-screen TV.

Walk outside on the upper back deck and soak in the views of the bay, Intracoastal Waterway, and peek-a-boo views of the beach. This is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage at sunset! There is also an additional deck on the front side of the house with seating. Downstairs you will find a sand shower, charcoal BBQ grill, as well as a bar with additional seating. The huge lot features a great fire pit with seating - fun all year long!

Cargo lift available with a fee. NO PETS ALLOWED. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very cute and spacious! The balconies were perfect for watching fireworks. My family enjoyed this beach house more than any other home we have rented. Pet friendly was a great added experience.

A lot of pineapple not such a paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I normally don’t provide reviews however when we arrived the ac wasn’t working. I contacted the rental company and it was addressed however the temperature in the house was never less then 76 until around 2-3am. When you pay extra for linens you’re expected to make all your own beds after paying extra and our given the bare minimum amount of towels and rags. Numerous roaches/waterbugs were found. There were nails sticking out of the wood on the porch and stairs. This location is not near the beach. Not horribly far but definitely not close. Lastly, housekeeping really needs to spray the showers/tubs and sinks with some bleach. Oh and all the bathrooms are in someone’s bedroom and not a common space. So if you had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night you had to go in someone’s room.

It’s a nice place. Stayed pretty warm with ac as low as it would allow. Didn’t see Wi-Fi password listed anywhere and didn’t find out we had it until we left. They have a short list of cleaning to do before you leave but don’t supply any cleaning supplies. There are no towels, toilet paper etc so bring that stuff! There is not beach access from the cabin. It’s in a good location. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is massive. We had a great weekend!

We had a party of 5 and the accommodations were perfect. Using the lift to bring up our luggage and bags was a great help.

Reviewer Comments: The house and location were overall great, had a great getaway and fun, but my family, friends and myself the first night started with this bites all over our bodies, at first we though the mosquitoes but how bad can that be if were hardly outside and always using Off spray. By the time we left the house our bodies were all full of bites, what we suspect were bed bugs or fleas or god knows what is that house is infested of bugs. At first it was great but then it turn out to be a bad exprience.

Will definitely come back!

We will definitely rent this house again. Very clean and more beds to sleep in. Small kitchen but it's workable. So much space to hangout outside with a 360 view. Its a long work to the beach so had rent a golf cart. They have a lift for heavy loads you will bring, no need to carry them up and down the stairs. And one small thing, how i wish theres a gate at the stairs. We have a toddler who loves chilling outside but we were very afraid he might fall down the stairs if we weren't looking. But overall we loved the house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time renting from Swedes, and let me tell you we will always rent from them anytime we need a beach house. They where amazing to go through and this house was so clean and perfect for our family and not to mention pretty close to the beach, the big store, the office to get your keys, and the golf cart rental place. It was maybe a mile of 2 from all of those things and a short golf cart ride to the beach.
