The 43 m² non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor and is ideal for 2 people. In the kitchen there is a freestanding fridge with freezer, 1 large hob with oven and a dishwasher.   The couch is a sofa bed for 1 person. The living room has a large TV with teletext and 1 stereo with CD player. In the bedroom, the comfortable double bed with 2 single mattresses ensures a good night's sleep. The shower room has a walk-in shower with glass separation and 1 hair dryer is available. There is a storage room for the suitcases. In front of the apartment is the sunny side of the terrace with garden furniture and cushions; the awning donates the desired shade. The apartment has its own entrance and the parking space is located directly in front of the apartment on the property. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home.    The house has a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. The beach is only a few meters above the enclosed property. Across the street is a beach chair and bike rental. On arrival, the beds are already made.
