Holiday house "anchor place" - your vacation under the thatch (renovated 2017)

The holiday home "Ankerplatz" is located in the former fishing village of Börgerende and is easily accessible due to the good connection. You only need about 20 minutes from the A20.

Tradition meets modern - The classic thatched Finnhütte was renovated in 2017 and equipped with modern facilities. On an area of approx. 55m² you will find a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with a double bed (1.80m) and a single bed (0.90m) on two floors. In the living area flooded with light, the lounge sofa invites you to relax with music, a book or TV. The dining area with its solid wood furniture is ideal not only for eating, but also for a cozy get-together, e.g. B. for game evenings. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances (induction cooker, oven with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine and toaster). On the upper floor you sleep directly under the thatched roof in the solid wood double bed. In the second bedroom there is a single bed incl. Seating and a small table. Storage and storage options for e.g. B. There is sufficient clothing on both floors.
The Ferienhaus Ankerplatz is equipped with a flat-screen TV (satellite) and music system (SONOS). WLAN is also available.
Everything is available for autumn, the turn of the year or winter, so you can take it easy. B. after a long walk or fireworks on the beach.

The thatched Finnhütte is located on a plot of almost 400m² and is surrounded by a private garden with lots of greenery. The parking spaces are in the front part. In the back part there is a terrace with garden furniture and a beach chair. The terrace is surrounded by hedges and difficult to see without feeling restricted. An awning for sun protection is also available.
You can park your bikes in the covered parking space directly on the property.

The distance to the beach is about 1.5km. The town center with shops, restaurants and tourist information is about 800m - 1.5km away.
Thanks to the good connection to hiking and cycling trails, the area can be explored on foot or by bike. Possible destinations are Heiligendamm, Bad Doberan with its cathedral or the ghost forest and the Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen. The paths often lead directly along the water, along the dike or along the cliffs. Pure nature. Excursion destinations in the wider area are Warnemünde (approx. 25min), Rostock (approx. 25min), Wismar (approx. 45min), Stralsund (approx. 1h 20min) or the island of Rügen.
Even in the cold season, the "anchorage" and its surroundings are very idyllic - always enjoy autumn, the turn of the year or winter at its most beautiful.
