The spacious, luxurious apartment Sonnenschein is located on the second floor. Since we want you to feel good, we have put a lot of emphasis on a modern and upscale amenities. The apartment has a spacious separate dining room with a modern kitchen. The living room has a pull-out sofa, a high-backed armchair and a reading lamp for leisurely picnics. Of course, a TV must not be missing. The bedroom has a double bed. There is another sleeping niche (1.40 m wide) available. The apartment has a beautiful south-facing balcony, which is equipped with balcony furniture. Here you can enjoy the sun.

Villa Meeresrauschen is an exclusive spa villa in the seaside resort of Zempin, which was completely refurbished between 2007 and 2008. It is located in a quiet location directly behind the coastal protection forest. In the villa are different sized studios and apartments. The size of the apartments varies between 22 and 65 square meters. The apartments are mostly equipped with balcony or terrace. Each apartment has a free parking space. You also have the opportunity to use the covered bike rack. You reach the new Zempiner beach promenade in about five minutes directly to the sea.
