Palm Beach Getaway

Great property located in the perfect location. Just a short ride from the airport to this beautiful, quiet oasis. Very clean and spacious. More than enough room for 12 adults traveling together. Quiet and private to hang in the pool, but close to all the nightlife you could want. Would recommend to everyone.

Awesome Rental

This was our first time staying in this area, and we absolutely fell in love with both the house and the surroundings! When we weren’t relaxing in the pool, playing pool, or having intense ping pong tournaments, we enjoyed exploring the area. Riviera Beach was an easy drive with convenient parking, and renting a pontoon to cruise the Intracoastal let us admire some incredible boats. We also had a blast spending an afternoon at Drive Shack, which is similar to Topgolf.The house itself was modern, well-maintained, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 12. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d highly recommend it!

3 generations in one house

This property was really great for 3 generations of family to get together for 5 days. The living space is big and accomodating and the neighborhood is nice. We had a great time.

Family weekend

We stay Friday-Sunday and had an amazing time. There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room. We were swimming in December, the heated pool was great. The house had everything you can imagen and the views were unbelievable.The men fished in the canal right off the dock. All the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing House!

13 women for a celebration weekend. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms - all well stocked with the basics. The open layout for the kitchen/dining room/family room made this space perfect for a large group to spend time together. The added billiard / bar room was another fun area to hang. The outdoor space was unbelievable between the pool, covered dining area, open grassy area and the lounging area by the dock. This home is in a great area, with restaurants and groceries and the beach within a few miles. The house was immaculate and the attention to details is a prime example of amazing property management! Extra outlets with USB ports all over the place, basic necessities in every bathroom and in the kitchen, the kitchen and bar are well stocked with every dishware, bakeware and appliance you could ask for.......I could go on and on. This home is a 15 out of 10!

Great Home / Better Than Expected!

We had a delightful time at this beautiful home during the Christmas/New Year’s week in 2022. The location of this property is excellent. It is very close to lots of shopping and attractions. Being just a few miles off I95, access to the freeway is very easy, as is access to Highway 1. There are many restaurants in the area, and in the adjacent towns around N. Palm Beach. The house is very well equipped. Large, beautiful rooms. Great den/pool table area. Dining room table only holds eight, so our large group had to split dining areas (we used the kitchen counter/bar stool area to supplement). The outdoor pool recreation area is so nice. We had full control of the pool and spa temperatures, plenty of great seating areas, and even a dock to go fishing from! We chose not to rent a boat during our stay, but that option was certainly there. For sleeping, ten is probably an ideal number. We had 12, so we accommodated with twin mattresses from a bunk bed that wasn’t set up (stored in garage). If your group includes smaller children that can share queen beds (two per bed), then you could obviously sleep a lot more than we did. Homeowner was very friendly and accommodating – a real pleasure to work with. Overall, we would highly recommend this property for large groups.

Peaceful and Breath taking

Patrick and Amanda’s home is fantastic!! I loved everything about the house. Of course the pool is the top favorite. This house is by far my favorite we have stayed at not only is it because I got engaged but how easy everything was. From checking in, to fast response times from the owner, to making sure we were taking care of!! I cannot wait to stay again in the future.

Stop Scrolling and BOOK if available!!

My husband and I stayed here with our 15 year old daughter and another couple with a 15 year old daughter. We were in town for a dance competition. You never know what you’re going to get until you show up and you can usually expect the pictures to be when the house was at its best and a couple years old. In this case, the house was BETTER than the pictures. Plenty of rooms, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of space. Kitchen FULLY stocked with everything we needed to cook. Awesome coffee bar fully stocked. Extras such as a cooler in the garage for the beach, rafts for the pool, and pool towels. We enjoyed cooking out on the grill by the pool with the fairy lights in the trees. We also enjoyed the recommendations for dining and beaches left by the home owner. We vacation often and I have never had an easier time communicating with an owner. The area was super safe and even the neighbors introduced themselves and asked if we were renting for the week. WE ALL LOVED this home. 5 stars all the way!! Thank you Patrick for delivering more than expected!!

UNBELIEVABLE!!! ABSOLUTELY STUNNING

Words cannot accurately convey how great this property is. Perfect for a large family or couples, kid friendly. Pool and hot tub, on the water so you can bring your boat, close to channel to head out easily, close to great restaurants. SUPER clean and I am PICKY! Attention to every detail. I could go on and on. The host is indeed SUPER. We had a few questions early in the stay about the A/C settings and the spa/pool and he responded IMMEDIATELY! Definitely returning!

Great home for guy's golf trip

We used this home for 8 guys for a week of Fla golf as an alternative to staying in 6-8 rooms in a hotel in the Jupiter/North Palm Beach area. This house worked great for us. It was a win:win as we liked it more, and it cost less than +/- 4 star hotels we were considering, especially when factoring in breakfast and several dinners in. The home has a very comfortable, fun, well appointed common living areas, both indoor and out. We were able to BBQ dinner in several nights, enjoyed watching the Final Four and The Masters on the 80?" tv's. We loved they came equipped with a DVR for things we missed when we were out golfing. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Patrick the manager was very responsive. The only not ideal thing to be aware of for some groups was the master bath and closet was shared with one of the two bed bedrooms, and the 6th bedroom is as disclosed, a futon that is a pass-through room to one of the single bedrooms and the shared bath for those two rooms is at back end of the single bedroom. We worked it out, but the bathroom (and passthrough br) set-up was less private than would be the case for a hotel or many luxury homes. But with that said, we'd gladly rent this home again if we were in the area, and given we really liked staying all together (vs in separate hotel rooms) we will be looking for similar homes on future trips we will take to other areas.
