The location is pretty good, walking distance from the Velaris beach and 15/20 minutes walk from the port. The parking is little tricky because you have to park one in front of another with the other guests of the condo (4 apartments), so you have to make sure not to block who has to leavenot to be blocked when you need out. The condo has a small pool and a 2 people hot tub that you have to share with the other guests, but is never too crowded, so we could manage pretty easily. Downstairs there is also a grill/fireplace that the host can set up for you to have dinner. The apartment where we stayed was very small, the hallway very narrow, no living room and the kitchen has an under the counter refrigerator. If you plan to cookspend time at home during your vacation, is not recommended. The balcony is very nice, but there are no awnings, so it’s impossible to sit there during the day because of the sun. We have been overall satisfied, but there is room for improvement.
