The location is excellent and super easy to get to the town center. The neighborhood doesn't look the best but is in the process of rejuvenation with some newer developments opened across the road. Having said that we never had issues with noise or safety throughout the stay.

The cutest place!

Stayed her with some girl friends and we loved it! It was spacious, clean, well decorated, very accurate to the listing. It also had a security system that made us feel so safe. The hosts are very kind and responsive as well! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Surprisingly Roomy

Expectations were exceeded for this rental! More than enough space for the 5 adults in our group, ages 20 to 76. It was very clean, very well stocked and had a nice layout. There's a nice litte den which leads to a patio as well. We will definitely be renting this again!

House was well accommodating for everything we needed. Plenty of space for around 10 of us, having two full fridges was a good bonus. Cool outdoor patio. Owner was responsive and laid back.

NOLA Dream

Property was fabulous! No issues AT ALL!!! Plenty of room for our party of 7. We were nervous about parking, but plenty of street parking available. Our group used UBER services to travel just about everywhere, and prices were very reasonable to and from the property. We never had more than a five minute wait! Our six day, five night stay flew by! We are ready to book again!

Although the area is a bit unpleasant looking, the house itself is beautiful and centrally located within driving distance of most attractions. The host was very gracious and prompt with all of my questions and concerns

Thank you for booking my property. I am blown away by your review saying the neighborhood was unpleasant that is absolutely not true. I think I was outstanding as the 1st day you cancelled you charge with Amex so you did not have to pay and got busted due to me sending Vrbo pics of your code being used to enter. Then had to stay on the phone while you rebooked after begging me to stay bc you had no where to go. Some people really not sure why I’m shocked Anyone renting to her beware she is trying to get something for 0 and could not help but to after all she did and time I spent on phone with Vrbo and her of course she would still try to say something NOT TRUE! mind blowing but should have known!

It was a great stay in a perfect location they had a line parade that was very interest that Sunday acccess to the down town bourbon street and many restaurants the host was available at all times only issue was garage disposal stop working but a plumber was sent out immediately to assist issue .i would definitely recommend this place it really full filled my birthday

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable home, beds were perfect for a good nights rest as well. Plenty of room for the whole family! I do have a few notes to add. I am a disabled veteran, and i have mobility issues. I wasn't aware the primary bedroom was upstairs, and to go out back, you have to walk down a few steps. I managed, but be aware. Also, the en-suite bedroom downstairs worked great for me, however inside of the shower there was no where to put soaps. So bending over to reach my soaps, was difficult. Maybe they could add something for convince. My kids also pointed out, barstools would be a nice touch to add, at the kitchen island. Overall, we have no complaints, it was a great Thanksgiving trip!

The best experience ever!!!

First, I would like to say the house is amazing. The pictures does not do this property justice the property is located close to a lot of events. We were able to walk to one of the parades on Canal Street. The Host to the property was very helpful. I didn’t have to bother them about anything bc they had EVERYTHING there!!!!!! but I felt like if I needed them they were there. They even provide you with a book showing local events and everything you need to know about the home. Me and my family were so happy and we will stay in this house again!!!!!!!!

Nola visit

We enjoyed the house. 4 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms and extra space. The road was under construction so it was a little tricky getting to the house. The clothes washer worked once but we didn’t need to use it. Couple of the sinks were clogged and filled with water and didn’t drain. Probably needs someone to really go through the house with a deep clean. Overall it was a great location between New Orleans and Lake Pontchartrain which were two locations we went back and forth from.

Thanks so much for renting our beautiful New Orleans home. Thank you so much for your wonderful review unfortunately you did not reach out to let me know that the water in the drain was draining slow. I live here local in New Orleans. I would have had a plumber out immediately to remediate the situation. It's always best to let the owners know if any issues arise, as we don't come and use the home like Guest do and we depend on amazing guest like yourself to let us know when things are not perfect and we come and get those things addressed so you have an amazing stay. Thanks again and hope you will stay with us again

Perfect for our bachelorette weekend!

The house was absolutely lovely and well decorated. There was more than enough space for the seven of us ladies. Check-in was easy and straightforward. Communication from the host was quick but we didn't need to reach out during our stay because everything was so clearly communicated beforehand. The house was stocked with all the basics we needed. The property is beautiful but the location is really top tier. It's centrally located near a number of historical gems. The legendary Dooky Chase restaurant is literally a block or two down the street. If you're interested in making reservations, you'll need to call months in advance. We walked around the corner to Willie Mae's for lunch and everything was delicious. We were a 10 minute or less Uber ride to every place we visited. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great house with lots of space

We had an amazing stay at this New Orleans home! The house was spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. There was plenty of seating for our group, and having four bedrooms made it perfect for our family.The location was ideal—just about a 10 Uber ride to most of the top attractions around the city. It made exploring easy and stress-free; we’d head out for the day, see everything we wanted, and head back without a hitch.The house was also well-stocked with thoughtful touches like coffee, which we really appreciated. We had groceries delivered via Walmart, and even though our flight was delayed, everything was still waiting safely on the front porch when we arrived.We also opted to pay a bit extra for early check-in since the house was available, and that made our arrival even smoother—definitely something to ask about if you’re arriving early.Overall, this rental was the perfect home base for our New Orleans trip. Great location, great amenities, and great experience—we’d absolutely stay here again!

Road construction

I have nothing negative to say about the house, the check-in process or the hostess., although I never entered the house. Unfortunately, the streets were torn up in front of this corner house, and the side street was completely dug up with large holes in the road right next to the house. Currently it is in the middle of a construction zone and when I saw this, I did not enter the house but went and stayed somewhere else without a refund. New Orleans does have a lot of road construction at all times but I had no interest in staying in the middle of it.

Thank you for renting my home. I really do apologize for New Orleans road construction as the entire city seems to be under construction due to the city receiving a huge grant to fix all the streets and water systems. I wish you would have given the house a chance as parking is available on the other side of the street directly across from the house. I understand your frustration with the construction and I have made a call into the city to set more info when it will be completed and they informed me would be mid January as Mardi Gras day parade Zeus runs in front of this home and they have to have done before Mardi Gras. Thanks again

Amazing property!

Home was absolutely amazing and was so much larger than we anticipated - it was a nice surprise! Location was great, very convenient to all the different areas we wanted to visit, and property managers were very responsive! We had a couple of little issues, but they were great about working things out with us quickly! Highly recommend!

Cute & fun home perfect for a girls trip!

We loved our stay and highly recommend this property!! The place was so cute and equipped with everything we needed and more. The host was easy to communicate with and made check in and out super easy. The walk to the French Quarter was a little far for us (you could make it if you wanted) but Uber and Lyft were both easy and fairly priced throughout the city. We didn’t feel super comfortable exploring the neighborhood alone but always felt safe inside the property, so for the price this was a great location! We came in for a bachelorette party and the space was exactly what we needed!

A cute place just a short drive to everything

We stayed here for a bachelorette party trip, and the place was perfect for our group! The house is so adorable with the fun “selfie wall” perfect for taking pictures for a bachelorette. There’s plenty of places to sleep and three showers is great for lots of people. It was only a 6 minute or so Uber ride to downtown or most of the places we wanted to go. There was one issue with some flies and I messaged the owners and they got back to me within minutes and within the hour they had someone drop off some fly traps to help the problem - great communication.

Modern Clean Home Just Minutes Away From the French Quarter!

Rochelle and Bobby have an amazing home and make sure that their guests are taken care of. Rochelle was very punctual with instructions on entering the home and provided excellent information of the city inside. The home itself is very cozy and can comfortably fit a large group. If I am to return, I will definitely seek this property out again!
