There's nothing like a fun-filled vacation to Panama City Beach with friends and family, and this two-bedroom gulf-front condo is the perfect place to call home during a long and happy getaway! Savor the gorgeous gulf views, cocktail in hand, from the comfort of your private balcony. The living room enjoys a fun beachy decor, comfy seating, and lots of natural light streaming in through the balcony's sliding glass door. You can cook up a storm using the stainless steel appliances and ample counter space of the full kitchen, and there is enough seating for guests. Take advantage of the free WiFi to download a good playlist to your device for a trip to the shared gym or pool or for a romantic walk along the shoreline with someone you love. The home's private washer and dryer will ensure everyone looks their best during your stay and the central AC will keep the suite nice and cool on hot summer days.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo is fantastic! Highlights...really nice balcony furniture, good mattresses, water pressure in master shower, starter kit of kitchen supplies, tons of silverware & plates. Oh, and hostess called our first full day to make sure we were happy with everything! My only suggestion is to have a second treadmill in the workout room, but this has nothing to do with the condo. Can't wait to come back!

Great condo, loved the location it was quite and great amenities. Ceiling fan in MB could use a cleaning otherwise everything was clean and in great condition. Remotes in xtra bedroom would not work information pamplet would have nice on all remotes.

We did have some issues. Outlets for phones and an oxygen pump was behind the beds in guest bedroom. Had to pull out bed to get to them. Guest bedroom bathroom, Faucet handle was broken and someone put a screw in it . It would not turn to hot or cold just stayed on Lukewarm. There were a couple other small things but management texted often to check on things. Parking for seniors and handicapped is sparse. There is parking across the street but we are seniors so parking was an issue . It is a beautiful clean condo. The ocean view is amazing . Balcony is wonderful. Management is very assessable. I think they will get on top of the issues we had.

Perfect

We stayed with a family of 5 and the best time! I was worried about the elevators being slow but they definitely were not. We got around very easy on the property, including parking! We were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be back next year!

Our stay was great. However our condo required a parking pass and none was left. We called and we were supposed to receive a call and no response. I'm glad our rental car was not towed. Very bad communication.

Lovely unit and a great stay.

This was a very nice unit and everything was very clean. They had nice appliances and comfortable beds and furniture. We liked that the unit was at the end of the building because it gave us more privacy from other guests.

Great time

We had a great time. The condo Lazy daze Emerald Isle 510 is very nice. It was super clean, very comfortable. We were there over the 4 th of July nothing against the condo it was great but the resort it self is strick. All the buildings around us were letting off fireworks we could not even have sparklers for the children. However had a good time!

Almost perfect

Location, cleanliness and amenities are just great. Now if they only left some information so we would know how to deal with those amenities, especially a TV with three different controls, it would be perfect.

Unit 510 Emerald isle beach resort

We loved the gorgeous view from the awesome balcony. The place had updated appliances and nice furniture. We loved the little fake fireplace below the living room tv area. Only things that needed help was that the plumbing was making noise in the bathroom most of the time. Also, the place wasnt as close to some things as we were used to before, but the area was a less busy area which was good.

Nice Condo. Everything went well. Was a bit farther east of Pier than we had hoped was all. Management was real good and helped when TV remote and iron quit working. Has lots of good dishes in kitchen. Missing blankets. We were there on a cold week and needed blankets. Had to go out and buy one.

Heavenly views

Overall, I would say that our stay was great. When we first arrived, we noticed that there was several dishes that were not clean so my daughter and I washed and scrubbed them thoroughly. Once they were clean, using the dishwasher went fine. When we talked with Misty , the team manager, she was amazing and would get you whatever was needed. Condo itself was very roomy. We love the fact that we could make breakfast at home, have snacks throughout the day and then go out for supper at night. Tons of restaurants in the area, pier park was a fun place to go enjoy restaurants, mall, stores, and specialty stores. Golf cart rentals were all over the place on Front Beach Road. We had rented a truck and found it was almost easier to drive the golf cart up and down the road and parking was much easier as well at establishments. St. Andrews State Park was a fun place to drive it and check out the pier and just the pretty scenery in the park. We also enjoyed Thomas Donuts. They had homemade donuts, muffins, scones, etc. and good coffee also. We really enjoyed how peaceful it was there. We would definitely go back.
