This is a very clean and well-equipped home. There were plenty of towels, dishes, and lots of seating! Nice new appliances, and bathrooms were very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice enough house, although older, met our needs. Great, spacious, fenced back yard with plenty of grass. We have 2 dogs so really appreciated the yard. Enjoyed small covered alcove on the deck. Large kitchen with good appliances and adequately supplied. Small bathrooms but functional, although one had no vent or window. Comfy king bed. Internet had to be reset every day (by us), some days several times. Did not like being required to purchase damage insurance. Pet fee was excessive, although it was reduced significantly when I complained.

Exceptionally clean, well appointed rental. We are two senior couples who appreciate comfortable living room furniture and a table and chairs where we can eat together. The location is in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Our one suggestion, because of our ages, is that grab bars in the bathrooms would be appreciated.

Very comfortable home! The host was always responsive and provided everything we needed for our family of 7. The beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen was well supplied, and the home had lots of outdoor space to enjoy.

It was nice, clean and cozy. The family truly enjoyed theirselves. The location was perfect. You're exactly 7 to 10 miles from the downtown attractions. I would highly recommend.

All in all a great stay. Beds not as comfortable as our own but sleep-able. Bedding, towels, etc. were all great! Although we did not bring our dog, my be good to mention that there is a bungalow within the fenced yard that people may also be staying.

The home was wonderful. It was well laid out, plenty of room and very comfortable. The fenced in yard for the dog was a big win. I liked the quality of the silverware and dishes - sometimes you get cheep or mismatched sets that look like they were what the host had in their cabinet when they got new for their home. Another big win - Especially in the winter - was the abundance of hot water and the water pressure. We actually recommended it to a friend and they booked it for an upcoming trip. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to town.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay in west Asheville. The property manager was extremely responsive before and during the trip. The fenced in beautiful back yard with 3 young kids and a dog made this the perfect house.

Unfortunately, the surrounding area of the home was not as nice as I had expected. Of course I realize that this is out of the host’s control! The house was fine. I wasn’t thrilled with what it was for what I payed and compared to the pictures. The parking and backyard space is shared with another Vrbo listing so there’s not much privacy. The landscaping outside was not kept up and the grass around the fire pit area was up to my knees in some places. In the master bedroom, there is an exposed wire coming out of the wall behind the door. The towels are fraying and need replacing. The bath mats have seen better days and should’ve been replaced a long time ago. The water and ice dispenser on the fridge had a note stating not to use it. The property was more dated than it appeared in pictures. On our last night we heard gunshots outside. Again, this is out of the property manager’s control but should be noted for future guests. Overall, the house was pretty clean and the kitchen is quite large. I don’t have any massive complaints, but I personally wouldn’t rebook here.

Location Location Location...this is really 10 to 12 minutes from most places in Asheville. It is clean and having 2 bathrooms is a plus. Just be aware the internet for us stopped working every night around 9:45 pm. Of course they responded to messages but it was the the next morning after it works again. So bring a book, a game, or "something" because the TV's will not be working. The great thing is you are so close to downtown you will be busy. The outside has a great firepit and the backyard is fenced in for little people and animals. The kitchen is large and it has all the things you need to get started making meals. The bedrooms have ample space and its awesome that the couch lets out to a bed too.

Great house for what we were doing in Asheville. House and set up was perfect for what we needed. Parking was excellent. Met the people that stayed in the cottage in the back and it was super easy- they were in Asheville for sports as well so our schedules and property usage was respectful and friendly. We respected each others space and privacy. Overall an excellent experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great rental. The management company was extremely responsive before and during the trip. 6 of us stayed here and it was comfortable and clean. Could use some updating and the outside needed to be spray washed. But we were comfortable and it was as advertised.

Awesome place and very clean!

My friends and I loved staying at the White House! It was very clean and we felt comfortable there. It had all of the essentials you need and the kitchen is fully stocked which was awesome for us! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Asheville. Very close to downtown!
