La Pinassotte is an authentic 1930s Gujan-Mestras house, located one kilometer from the oyster ports and shops. This gîte has been completely renovated to offer you every comfort and facilitate your exploration of the Arcachon Basin. It comprises a living/dining room (TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, sofa), a kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer), a bedroom with a double bed (140x1.90m) and a single bed (90x2m), and a second bedroom, separated by a hallway, with a double bed (140x1.90m) and a single bed (90x2m). There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet, and a separate toilet outside, to the right of the veranda adjoining the gîte. The enclosed garden includes garden furniture, deckchairs, a pétanque court, a small 12m² garage for bicycles, outdoor parking for two vehicles, and a barbecue. Bed linens, kitchen towels, bath towels, and gas central heating are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. An optional end-of-stay cleaning package is also available. An electric vehicle charging point is available in the garage (included in the price).
