An elegantly decorated home, combining warmth and authenticity, with a seaside feel inspired by Brittany. A true passion project, this recently built property (2025) has been thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail to offer a pleasant and peaceful living environment.
High-quality, durable and premium materials have been carefully selected to ensure optimal comfort, both indoors and outdoors.
You can also enjoy a magnificent sea view from all the living areas and bedrooms, ideal for recharging your batteries in complete tranquillity. The lifeguard-supervised beach at Pors Ar Vag is 800m away and the beach at Pentrez is 900m away on foot.

On the ground floor, a welcoming entrance hall with a large wardrobe leads into a spacious, light-filled living room. Here you will find a large five-seater sofa with a chaise longue, an electric recliner and two comfortable armchairs, creating the perfect space to relax. The dining room, furnished with an oak table for six, opens onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, KRUPS pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a central granite island with an induction hob, built-in extractor hood, four high chairs and a wall-mounted TV.

The ground-floor sleeping area comprises two comfortable bedrooms. The first room has double bed (140x190), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, the second a double bed (160x200), a chest of drawers. Both offer direct access to the terrace and garden. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, double washbasin, electric towel rail and wall-mounted toilet completes this area, along with a separate toilet with a washbasin.

Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, large freezer, washbasin and worktop. Ironing equipment (steam iron, iron and ironing board).

Upstairs, a second living area awaits you with a cosy lounge featuring a sofa, two reclining armchairs, a smart TV, board games and a desk. You can also enjoy a spacious terrace with sea views, furnished with a table, two rattan egg chairs and two deckchairs, perfect for relaxing moments gazing out at the horizon.

The house also features a large tiled terrace facing two directions: east, to enjoy the morning sun until midday, and west, to savour the sunny evenings. This outdoor area is furnished with two dining tables (one of which is extendable), garden furniture, a side table perfect for a quiet coffee, as well as two sun loungers, a parasol and a gas barbecue. Large enclosed garden secured by a gate.

The house is equipped with WiFi.
Pets are not permitted.
Two parking spaces are available.

Security deposit (1000 EUR – credit card pre-authorisation) + tourist tax (according to current rates)
Utilities (water + electricity) and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
Linen (bed sheets and towels) and essential toiletries are provided.

The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The house is located in the village Pors Ar Vag (municipality of Plomodiern) in the heart of the bay of Douarnenez. The short distances allow you to go to a big city (Quimper, Brest) or to discover wild lands such as can be found on the Crozon peninsula or around Ménez-Hom.
Pors Ar Vag beach (800m) is known as a small surf spot. During the summer the beach is supervised. It is made up of fine sand and pebbles. The restaurant on the beach (L'Oasis) is renowned for its good value for money. We eat mostly local and fresh. On sunny days, you can sit on the terrace and admire the sea view and the sunset.
In the immediate vicinity you will also find the beaches of Lestrévet or Pentrez (accessible on foot at low tide from Pors Ar Vag) where you can practice sand yachting with your whole family. Initiation courses are organised.
From the beach of Pors Ar Vag you will have direct access to the GR34. Climb to the tip of Tal Ar Grip to see the expanse of beaches and cliffs.
In the village there is also a small nautical club and the restaurant "Chez Tatabel" to eat in or take away.
Come and contemplate the splendid view over the bay of Douarnenez at the top of the Ménez Hom located 330 meters above sea level, come and watch the shows of paragliding enthusiasts.Less than 10 km away, discover the medieval village of Locronan, a small town full of character, voted the most beautiful village in France. Less than 3 kms you will find the starred restaurant Glazicks in the village of Plomodiern. Every Friday come and taste the local specialties at the Plomodiern market or on the beach of Pentrez every Monday.
