Beautiful and comfortable 6 bedroom home with all amenities and comforts from home. Home can hold up to 22 people, we have cots for extra bedding. Price includes up to 12 people per night. 13 or more, will be charged $50 per person per night. Central to Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. Kings Island, river floats, bike trail , Frisbee competition and Golf within minutes. Situated in a cul de sac private road, tree lined property with ample room to play outside in the stocked pond and yard. Sunsets are truly amazing overlooking the backyard, especially while sitting in the hot tub! Large porch overlooking large front yard. Gas grill ready for the "Grill Master". Historic Lebanon just 5 minutes away with great shopping and great food with small town charm. This home is truly an oasis to be enjoyed with family for reunions, fun or just a peaceful, quiet getaway. Welcoming World Flying Disc enthusiasts! Warren County Sports Park at Union Village, just 10 miles away.

Relaxing country setting

We had an excellent time. The kitchen was a highlight with ample room for preparing meals for a group of 12. The appliances were top of the line. The grandchildren enjoyed learning how to fish. We could easily relax in the evenings after enjoying days at the zoo, museums, and Kings Island.

Beautiful Property/ Perfect Locaion

We give the Beautiful, Big, Blue Dollhouse FIVE STARS. Situated in Oregonia (outside of Lebanon), this gorgeous home is perfectly located for young families to visit King's Island in the morning, return home for an afternoon nap, and go back to the park for evening festivities.We've stayed at countless VRBOs, and Viviana is one of the best hosts with whom we've had the pleasure of working. We hope to return when more of our family can join us!

Another fantastic stay at the Dollhouse!

This was our fourth visit to the Dollhouse and it remains just about perfect. Super clean, gorgeous property, fantastic kitchen and wonderful hosts. There is nothing at all bad to say about this beautiful place. If it's on your short list, just book it. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful home!

We had an incredible time on our trip to see one of our friends get married. The house was absolutely gorgeous, clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. The host could not have been better. So easy to talk to, she let us know of things to do in the area, made sure to be available for any questions we had, and was all around informative. Thank you guys so much!

Another fantastic stay

This was our third time staying at the dollhouse, and we've already booked again for the fall. It's an elegant but comfortable, high-end home with everything you need for a vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped, all bedrooms comfortable and everything is spotless. The hosts are a dream to work with, and everything is exactly as pictured in the listing. It's private and quiet, and feels like you're out in the country though you're only ten minutes from a town that has anything you might need. Highly recommend.

Girls get away

Wonderful! The owner was so easy to deal with, the property was just as described and pictured. Had a book club girls weekend and we all had a great time! There was plenty of room for the seven of us to spread out and then gather on the comfortable couches on the dining room table for games .... We stayed so busy with everything to do around the area that we never even touched the pool table or the cute fire pit set out back. A couple of us did hit up the hot tub though and it was very clean... We usually try to take at least one trip a year, sometimes we'll get two in, and this has to be one of our best. Been doing this for over 5 years now. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.

The perfect house in the perfect location for our event

We came to Ohio for an event that our son’s high school was competing in. The hs group stayed at the YMCA camp six minutes away from us. This house was very clean and set up well to sleep several people. We had another couple stay at the house with us. We appreciated that the house was stocked with the basics like shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, foil and even some pantry staples. We didn’t have time to cook, but we did use the oven, microwave and coffee maker. The neighborhood was very quiet. The property was well kept and the backyard was beautiful. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but we would have liked to. The hosts were amazing. The communication was great from the booking through to the end of our stay. One of the hosts checked up on us after our arrival to make sure that everything was as expected. Everything else that we needed to know was provided in a binder and written clearly. If we go to this event again we would definitely choose to stay here again. Although, if the word gets out about what a great find this house is, we may have to book far in advance!

Another fantastic weekend at the Big Blue Dollhouse

This was our second visit to the BBDH for a writing retreat. We are 6 unrelated adults, so we need a big house to spread out. This place is simply perfect. Spotlessly clean, spacious and well laid-out. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to feed a large group, and the appliances are all very new (and beep little songs when they're ready for you to do something). The main BR is first floor, with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Upstairs are a Jack and Jill that share a full bath with double sink. Basement has three more bedrooms that share a full bath. There's another bathroom on the first floor. Plenty of living/relaxing space indoors, and the deck is lovely. It overlooks the pond which has a brand new deck for swimming or fishing. The hot tub is super clean and holds 4 adults comfortably. It's in a new neighborhood of multi-acre properties, so although there are houses fairly nearby, you don't see or hear them at all. Feels like you're miles out in the country while still being 10 minutes from a grocery. The host is super responsive to messages. If this location is anywhere near where you want to stay, book it now. You will love your stay here.
