- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- One bedroom with a pull-out bunk bed (sleeps three 90x200)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, clothes line, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- An 11 m² south-facing balcony, accessible from the bedroom and living room with furniture.
- A shared 11 m² garden for enjoying the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Vitrolles, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
