Hi, I'm Linda, your onsite property manager. I look forward to hosting your stay at the lofts. I will be here if you need any special items or require assistance. I provide concierge and business services during your stay (applicable fees apply). If you desire grocery items in your unit when you arrive, please contact me and I will send you instructions and a list to order from. You will not need to pay for these services through Vrbo. Concierge and grocery services fees can be paid through our guest/resident portal which saves guests the Vrbo service fees. Daily cleaning is available per request and can also be paid for through the portal. If you choose daily cleaning the cleaning fee charged in your booking will be deducted from the cleaning bill.

Voted one of the hottest areas in Tulsa, Cherry Street is a vibrant revitalized district between midtown and downtown. One of Tulsa's prime locations for entertainment, restaurants, shopping, galleries, coffee houses, bars, and more, locals and tourists alike enjoy all Cherry Street offers.

Completed in late 2021, 1515 Lofts offers the first residential opportunity directly on Cherry Street. This 5-story mixed-use property sits right in the heart of all the action. Diamond Cellar Bruce G Weber Jewelers and CycleBar are located in the front of the building. On the 5th-floor rooftop is the popular SideCar Wine and Barley Bar where guests enjoy fireside drinks with friends, live entertainment, and specialty cocktails and food offerings. Located on the basement level is the new Hemingway's Steakhouse (opening soon). With a speakeasy feel, guests enjoy prime steaks and seafood with unique house cocktails. Residents and guests do not need to leave the building to have a fabulous night out.

Located on the 2nd-4th floors are all new 1 bedroom/bath executive lofts. The lofts feature custom furnishings, stainless steel appliances, a spa-like bathroom, all housewares, internet, wifi, all utilities, CycleBar membership, and guest/resident discounts at SideCar and Hemingways Steak House. Also included is reserved covered parking and onsite management available 24/7 for residents' and guests' needs.

Both short and long-term stays are welcome and we will work with you to meet your needs, whether visiting or moving to our great city. Concierge and cleaning services are available and pets are welcome.

Guests will have every convenience available while staying with us. We outfitted each unit to include every need possible. The moment you walk in you will feel at home. All kitchen wares, linens, luxury towels, toiletries, and cleaning & laundry needs, are provided. Remote working is a breeze with high-speed dedicated internet, printing service, USB ports, Control4 smart home technology, and virtual assistance service.

The photos provided are just one of the lofts offered. Each loft's decor is different so travelers may have different furnishings than those shown in the listing. All furnishings in each loft are new, and professionally designed with functionality and comfort in mind.
