Experience bayside bliss, wake up to water views, coffee on the balcony and total relaxation. This newly renovated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo sleeps 6 and is centrally located near the areas favorite restaurants and attractions. Located in Wind Drift low rise Condominium complex, you will enjoy tranquil Ole River / Ono Island views and boat and dolphin watching from the oversized balcony.

Located a leisurely 5 minute stroll to private beach, white sand and emerald coast. Complex features 2 pools (bayside and beach side) and new Pickle Ball Courts / Tennis Court. Condo is on the 4th floor in Wind Drift Condominium bayside low-rise complex which has 6 floors. Enjoy views of Ono Island from the floor to ceiling windows and oversized balcony with soft seating furniture set. Take in gulf views from the front porch while relaxing in the Adirondack seating set.

Inside, the living room provides ample seating for your friends and family with oversized leather sectional sofa and 65-inch smart TV with cable. The kitchen features granite counter bar with 4 bar stools and dining table seats 6. Cook up a storm in the well-stocked cook’s kitchen. The master bedroom features plus King bed, 40-inch flat screen and private master bathroom with tub/shower. The oversized guest bedroom features 2 Queen beds and 40-inch flat screen smart TV. You will enjoy 4-star hotel quality amenities and linens. A hall bathroom for guest bath features tub/shower.

Inside the balcony closet you will find Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach umbrellas. In season - beach chair service is provided by Shelley's Beach Service for a fee. Bring your rods and reels (or use ours) and catch some of the Gulf’s finest seafood. Crab trap also provided.

Condo is well equipped with fluffy towels, starter amenities: soap, shampoo, lotion, Keurig pods, laundry and dishwasher detergent pods, toilet paper and paper towels. Coffee filters and beach towels are also provided.

***Parking passes must be purchased in advance of arrival online through HOA Website at $62 per pass per 7 day stay. Parking instructions will be provided upon booking. Minimum renter age is 22.

The host was very responsive. The pier was a great place to fish with the kids and family. The beach was very convenient and easy to access. The place was well stocked and decorated very pretty

Our favorite getaway spot

Nice property, great location

I specifically booked this location because it's only a mile from Flora-Bama. The unit was very clean when we arrived and just plain gorgeous! Check in was quick and simple with ample communication from the owners. Thank you for allowing us to vacation in your property!

Beautiful Bay Condo

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful bay condo. It’s very nicely furnished and the property is designed for bay lovers and boaters to enjoy, with new boat docks, a boat launch, and a trailer parking lot. The hosts are very accommodating and informative. We will be back soon

Complete perfection

Property was so clean. The views every day were amazing! Short walk to the beach. I almost don’t want to rate the perfection of the property because I want to keep it a secret so we can return! We will definitely be back.

This was our 3rd time in this building. We love the location and each time has been wonderful, but this particular condo was perfect. Everything was clean and comfortable. The photos and description are 100% accurate and we had everything we needed and more. The communication was great. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This condo made a bayside beliver out of this gulf side gal. Stayed for a long weekend.. wonderful! Beautiful condo, the river view was amazing, the walk to the beach was so quick. This condo had everything you could need for a beach stay. They really did think of everything. Already looking at booking it again for our spring getaway.

Great place!

This was a wonderful property. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to stay in and cook. The kids absolutely loved the docks and getting to fish at night. It was also nice that the property had its own boat ramp and parking area. We will definitely be bringing the boat next time. We had the best time. Thanks so much.

Perfect Getaway

My fiancé and I love this place!! We had a wonderful time at 412N. The condo was very clean, and wonderfully decorated. The views from the balcony were amazing at sunset, or just watching the boats passing by. I fished from the brand new docks every morning and thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo has everything you need for a fun trip provided. They have fishing rods, tackle, crab trap, beach chairs and umbrellas available. There were plenty of good restaurants close by. We will definately be back!

Overall Great Stay

Please be aware if you plan on bringing your boat and using a slip on the property to contact the homeowners association for availability before booking. The listing states first come, first serve; however we were told after booking that they only have 6 slips and they were already “reserved” by property owners. You’re also not allowed to park your boat/trailer in their parking area unless you have a slip. We ended up leaving our boat and trailer at Orange Beach Marina close by and they were awesome to work with. As far as the condo, it was super clean and up to date. It had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The hosts were also quick to respond. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Great property and hosts

Property was clean and exactly as advertised. There was a small issue with a new appliance and the host’s communicated issue and made sure we were taken care of BEFORE we arrived. Enjoyed the views of the bay and beach was a very short walk. Great location to some of our favorite restaurants, Cobalt and Gulf within a mile!! Loved our stay.

This condo is absolutely beautiful, very clean, well kept and fully functional.

Wow! We love this condo and the location is great. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed having drinks on the balcony and watching all the boats come and go. The host are great and kept us well informed. We can not wait until our next visit.

Best vacation to OBA

What a treat to stay in this beautiful condo. So well equipped with everything you needed or didn’t even know you needed. Great happy hours on the porch people watching all the boats. Even caught a special fly by by the Blue Angels! It’s great having access to the new docks for boat outings and also being able to use the beach side. Easy check in and check out. Owners were great to work with. We will be back and so will the others who visited us while here.

There is truly something for everyone.
