Beautiful luxurious home, we had an amazing time accommodated me and my family very well Few minutes away from Universal park and new park Epic universal we really enjoyed the Lakeview and the pool Diana was a perfect host very responsive and accommodating.Definitely recommend this place & will stay here again in the future

friends trip

We stayed with few friends on a girl trip. We had an amazing time, we got to enjoy the pool the view was so beautiful. Beautiful place right next to Universal. Diana was very responsive and made the check in so easy and convenient. The house very spacious and pretty. Definitely will come back with my family.

Amazing Property

This property is absolutely amazing! Very spacious inside and out. The property manager responded very quickly and was helpful with any questions I had. My family and friends enjoyed the pool, huge back yard, and even the lake. This house would be great for events, parties, or family gatherings as there is plenty of parking space, and something to do for everyone. I’ll definitely be booking this property again!

Lake Cane Love🤍

We loved the location in proximity to the swim meet we were in town for. The pool was way too chilly, but we dipped any way. May want to consider a heater or disclaimer (apologies if there was one). Some of the fixtures are worn in the master bathroom as we could never get the overhead to work properly, may want to have your property manager take a look. Overall we had a blast, it was perfect with all the lovely modern updates, and ample room for entertaining. We would definitely return.

Wedding Trip

This was a excellent place to stay. Convenient to Universal (although I didn't go) with a stunning view of the lake, and a very nice pool. It was about 20 minutes from my daughter's wedding venue, and big enough that we were able to hold the rehearsal dinner there. I even got a visit from one of the neighbors dogs (she was very sweet and didn't get close) and some ducks that came early morning one day right up to the pool/deck area. I hope to rent again!

Great place and location

Host is awesome! Location is near everything. We went to seaworld and it was not a far drive. Restaurants are also near by. We left a cell phone there and the phone died. The host went out of their way to help find my neice phone. Communication was great! She would reply quickly!

RUN AWAY!!!

POOP HOUSE ON THE POOP LAKE! Run away from this poop-smelling house. Owner tried to act like it was the first time happening - yet there are de-odorizers and burned down candles all throughout the house. This is listed as luxury but luxury has never smelled like feces 24/7 to us. A door almost fell on my child and my wife injured her backed rushing to save him cuz there is no caution on the step. Dangerous house! Never offered to be moved - never offered full refund. For your health, avoid at all cost!!!!negative 100 out of 5 stars...

Hello! People stayed before you in the house and people stayed after you in the house. We have 5 star reviews and nobody complained about anything nobody had such an issue. You completed your full stay enjoyed your full time there and now you’re making this claim? You however damaged our property and started complaining. We offered not to charge you for damages. We are really disappointed in the review you have done after all our efforts to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Very Disappointing

One toilet didn't work, pool flooded during a rainstorm and was un-usable, stains and mold were on the bathroom wall, lizards and other pests were in the house, and you can't flush toilet paper, which is SUPER fun to explain to kids. Other than that it was just great.

Mixed bag

The house is in a great location with convenient access to Orlando attractions and a beautiful community lake. However, we arrived to signs saying that we cannot flush toilet paper down the toilets - we were not expecting that and I would say that if this is a known condition, it should be listed in the property details in Bold Letters. Also, the water from the tap smelled like sewage, to the point that we could barely stand to shower even after spending a day in the hot Orlando heat and humidity. Either of these conditins would have kept me from reserving the property in the 1st place and left us unhappy and regretful each night as we returned.

Lacking in basic amenities

A group of 10 of us rented this property while attending a family wedding in Orlando. We had 8 adults, one teen and one 11 year old. For us- the location was perfect and the view and pool were gorgeous. There was plenty of space for all of us. The owner responded promptly to my emails before the trip and even added an iron to the list of amenities for us which was a necessity for us. Even though the inside of the house was pretty there was a lot lacking. Each bedroom only had one nightstand and despite being able to sleep 10 people the kitchen only came with 4 bowls, plates and coffee mugs. Our flights didn’t land until late at night, but we found ourselves having to run out to Walgreens to purchase some basic things- Plates, cups and coffee just to start our morning. Also- the home only came with one towel for each person with no extras to spare. We had to borrow 10 beach towels from family to use the pool because towels were not something we packed to carry on a plane. The home appears to be recently remodeled but a lot of the work wasn’t done well. The deck doesn’t have a railing and many of the nails are sticking up. The main hall bath only has a tub- no shower- so even though it is 3 bathrooms, we had to share the 2 showers amongst the 10 of us. When we used the shower in the bathroom off of the living room the house would fill with a terrible odor so there may be a drainage problem. One of the biggest issues we had with the home was that the washer and dryer are not working and I was never told by the owner to expect this. We had to reuse our one towel the entire week without being able to wash it. Plus 5 of us were flying home and leaving for another vacation the next day. We had to bring laundry over to family the day after the wedding rather than doing it in our own house that we were paying good money for. Overall, we were happy with the space and location. For us it was minutes to our family who lives in Orlando. The 10 of us enjoyed our time with each other in the pool. However- many issues would have to be attended to for any of us to ever recommend this property to anyone.

The house is equipped with day to day necessities. For anything else the guest are welcome to call and request, and our team members are happy to oblige. You requested for the iron and iron table and it was provided to you! Our goal is to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible! If you required more towels or anything else you had to let us know and would have been provided. There's always extra stuff towels and dishes in the cabinet as well . Our only rule in the house is to treat the property with respect. Other than that we are always available for anything else.

The home had adequate space for a group of five adults. The floor was not clean. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the water did not get hot for showers. It was decent value for the money we spent, but I won’t be back

Great home away from home.

We loved the house and the yard. Great to look outside and see the lake. It would be nice to have three showers instead of two. They have a cool bath tub in one of the three bathrooms. Loved how the ceiling lights changed colors. Wish they stayed at the setting instead of resetting back to normal white lights though.

Perfect place for family getaway

The house was fabulous, the pool was gorgeous with an amazing and relaxing lake view. The house was luxurious, very clean and spacious easily accommodated my family and me. The location was 3 min from universal, we just walked. We enjoyed our stay a lot I travel all over the world and this is one of the top 5 places ive stayed if I could give more then 5 starts I would.

Disappointing

In all my years of booking with VRBO, I have never given a home a bad review. This house looks beautiful in photos, but there were numerous issues during our stay, none of which were attended to by the owner. The washer dryer were stacked on top of one another in the laundry room, however they were side by side machines. When we attempted to wash our clothes, the washer slid off the dryer and almost to the floor. Fortunately one of our house guests was a big enough guy to stop it. After that the machines stopped working properly for the rest of our stay and despite contacting management, nothing was done to fix the problem. There is shoddy work done throughout the home, doors and toilets installed incorrectly. One of the toilets was falling off of the wall, and the barn doors were not hung properly and left gaps into the bathroom. None of the outlets were working in the master bath. We were really looking forward to the outdoor space during our trip, however the pool was never tended to - the vacuum sat in the middle of the pool the entire time and the filter was never running. A few days into our stay, a GIGANTIC tree was cut down in the backyard and was left laying across the lawn, blocking our view of the lake. It sat there for several days, and when I contacted the owner on the first day, they simply said that the neighbors were cutting some trees. We were unable to enjoy the backyard for half of the trip. The location of the house was very convenient, however we would never stay here again. The issues above may have been resolved with some help from the owner, however the communication was horrible.
